Zicasso's travel specialist and her team planned an absolutely outstanding 16-day trip for me and my family. We visited Tokyo, Ghibli Park (near Nagoya), Kanazawa, Kyoto (with day trips to Nara and Osaka), and then wrapped things up with two nights at a beautiful and luxurious ryokan in Hakone.
Communication leading up to the trip was clear and efficient, and whenever we had a question during the trip, we were able to get quick answers from our travel company's rep in Japan.
I would absolutely book another trip with this company.

The trip to China my that husband and I took this year was amazing and memorable. We visited five cities in 12 days: Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu, Guilin, and Shanghai.
All of the guides were great, professional, knowledgeable, open to answering our questions, and willing to accommodate us.
I’m a planner, so having most of the day mapped out with what we were doing was exactly as expected, with some free time in the evenings.
The transfers between cities, at the airport, or on the train were very smooth, with no issues.
The only thing I would recommend is for Zicasso’s tour company to work with us in obtaining the Chinese visa versus having to find a third party on our own. Overall, we would highly recommend their services.

Zicasso's trip planner helped create a magical trip for the four of us. Her attention to detail guided us through the process of developing the plan and through the trip. It was a very magical experience.
The selection of hotels, restaurants, and arrangements was wonderful. The only little hiccup came from the transport arrangements in Kyoto during our stay there. She asked for all the correct arrangements, but the local agent messed up with the vehicle sizing. I called her and it was rectified. I highly recommend her for Japan trips.

I had a very good experience with our Zicasso travel agent. She created a dynamite itinerary for me which included a few off-the-beaten-track destinations based on my interest in Japanese pottery.
The guides who led me through the major shrines, temples, and attractions were exceptional: each one added immeasurably to my overall experience.
My accommodations were all excellent, located close to the central areas and major transportation hubs.
Although there were a couple of small hiccups, they were managed timely and to my complete satisfaction.
