Colombia Vacation Review: Coffee, Cocoa, Flower Farms, Culture, 8-Night Tour

Zicasso's travel agency is absolutely phenomenal! They carefully chose unique and private experiences that were off the grid. We were welcomed into the homes of locals who owned cocoa, coffee, and flower farms. An unforgettable trip, 180 degrees from more commercially available tour options. Thank you!

Colombia Family Tour Review: 8-Day Trip

The Zicasso travel agents were truly Colombia experts, able to answer detailed questions from day one about our potential trip. They were detail-oriented during prep and travel itself. They were responsive and deeply cared about the experience my family and I had during our trip. Thank you to the team!

Colombia Trip Review: Bogotá, Medellín, Cartagena, Culture, History, Food, 10 Nights

This was the first time we have used Zicasso and their travel company, and it was great. Everything was seamless.

When we arrived at the airport, there was someone there. We had a clear understanding of what we would be doing, the logistics, and any detail we needed to know. The activities gave us the experience we requested – cultural, history, food, and the people. The hotel and restaurant choices were superb.

I would highly recommend travel to Colombia (I have never felt safer in a country and I have traveled extensively) and would again plan my trip with Zicasso’s agency, which I have recommended to friends and family.

Colombia Luxury Vacation Review: Cartagena, Bogotá, La Candelaria, 13 Nights

I couldn’t have loved our 12-day trip to Colombia more. My husband and I are in our 70s and while we have traveled extensively, we have never used a travel agent, except for one time (Cuba). I used Zicasso only because a friend recommended the company highly.

Even until a few days before we left I was starting to regret saying yes to our busy tour schedule (we are used to not doing much, just relaxing). I’m so mad at myself for thinking this. We had five different guides helping us over eight of the 13 days, and it was certainly the best thing we could ever have done. Each guide was fabulous in her/his own way; so professional, knowledgeable, attuned to our needs, and all-around nice people. We saw sights I know we would have missed otherwise.

The planning with our travel agent was flawless and he was available 24/7. In fact, I felt guilty contacting him so much, but he was awesome!

Colombia Luxury Trip Review: Amazon, Medellín, Cartagena, Hiking, Food, Flowers, 12 Nights

We were completely pleased and impressed with the service we received and the trip Zicasso’s tour company planned. We had a busy trip, with internal flights to the Amazon, Medellín, and Cartagena.

We were paired with excellent guides at each location, and for the Amazon, the guide actually flew with us and stayed with us the entire time. All of the guides spoke excellent English, were completely likable, very knowledgeable about their areas, and easy to spend time with.

We were met at each airport connection by a driver who took us to and from the accommodations. The accommodations were wonderfully located, comfortable and interesting. All in all, Zicasso’s travel company did an outstanding job.
