The family adventure to Costa Rica was fantastic. After a long flight, we were greeted by a pleasant driver. We enjoyed the drive to Arenal, and we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Springs resort. Everything about the Springs was superb. Our tour company checked in with us to make sure all was going well. They also arranged a last minute day adventure for my husband. We also enjoyed Tamarindo. In order to stay within budget, we decided on a slightly lower priced hotel. The hotel in Tamarindo was Arco Iris, their staff really made the hotel. Everyone we encountered was warm towards my family it was much appreciated. The tour company set our expectations correctly for what to expect. Without any reservations, I highly recommend this travel company. They provided exceptional service and follow-through.

This Costa Rica travel agency put together a fabulous trip for my 18-year-old granddaughter and myself. The trip was excellent value for our five-star hotels, land and air transportation and many activities. All the local companies and guides that we were hooked up with (including zip lining, canopy walking, rapelling, horseback riding and whitewater rafting were knowledgeable and professional. Near Arenal, the hot springs at the resort is a tropical paradise not to be missed. By the Pacific Ocean, we stayed just outside Tamarindo. I had read that the town was very touristy, but it offers a variety of restaurants and shops and a wonderful beach. It was an easy walk or bike ride from our more secluded hotel and provided a nice change of pace. Our travel planner was easy to work with in setting an itinerary. He met us at the airport on our arrival with a lovely gift basket and was helpful throughout the trip. I would just encourage anyone who books with the company to carefully read the details and dates for their upcoming trip. I have a few suggestions for our agent to go from a 4.2 rating to a 5. Handing clients a printed schedule for their trip on arrival would be most helpful. His office is trying to go paperless, but the internet doesn't always work, and we had to have the hotel call him four or five times to get our daily schedule. Also, it would have been great if he had the the resort prepare us a daily "to-go" breakfast. " The hotel includes a fabulous breakfast starting at 6:30, but all our activity pick-up times were at 6:30 so we went off for the day without eating. We occasionally raided the dining room on our own, but his arranging something would be going that extra mile.

My trip went very smooth. The trip was well organized. The standard large group tour to Tortuguero connection had no problems. The guide at the Aninga Lodge was excellent gets 5 stars. The pickup at El Ceibo restaurant and drive to Tabacon was pleasant. I had a great talk with my private driver all the way. The Tabacon Spa & Resort is the place to stay. I am happy the first hotel was full at final booking. Room was 5 star. I chose the buffet the first night and was overwhelmed with the food to select from. The second night tried the hotel restaurant and had a great meal. I very much enjoyed the solo singer during the meal. Tabacon Hot Springs adjacent to the hotel is the most beautiful spot on this earth. A must see place. There is so much activities at Arenal. I did the Balsa White Water Rafting and loved it. The trip from Tabacon to Tamarindo was ok. The private driver on the first half spoke very little English and the vehicle had a strong cleaning chemical smell. I needed to keep the window open for fresh air. I was glad it was only for half the journey. The second half was with several other passengers. This drive was without any complaints. The Cala Luna Hotel is a distance from the town of Tamarindo but is a great place to stay. I was scheduled for a premium room and was upgraded to a spacious Villa with private pool. The front desk staff were fantastic. Always a smile and willing to help. The distance to town is 2-3 miles depending if you do the low tide beach walk or the road walk. I did the walk 3 times during my stay. I have to give this travel agency 5 out of 5 stars for this vacation.

All arrangements went well. Communications were timely. Total price was better than I could book. This Costa Rica travel company was great. The driver for the week was fantastic. Hotels were wonderful particularly Arenal hot springs and Los Altos De Eros in Tamarindo. Los Altos De Eros is very boutique so we were glad that our tour company was able to get a reservation in for us. Only caution is we had a hotel booked in the travel agent name in one location not ours so they couldn't find us on check I but this was minor and quickly corrected. Our guide made sure everything went smoothly even though this was outside his responsibility.

This tour company planned and executed a terrific trip for myself and my wife. We wanted to see as much of Costa Rica in a short period of time. We wanted to see a lot of natural beauty and the trip delivered just what we wanted.
The planning part of the trip went very smoothly. This tour company has a contact in the US that I worked with to figure out the details of the trip. There was some back and forth communication that was necessary as we determined the final itinerary and that went very smoothly. At the end of the process, we received a detailed itinerary with costs for the trip.
The communications with this tour company was excellent. Any time that we had questions, they responded quickly to our emails. They contacted with us right before the trip to see if we any pre-trip questions and made sure that we had an application installed on phones to communicate with them once we arrived in Costa Rica.
Once we arrived in Costa Rica, everything went like clockwork. We were picked up at the airport in San Jose by a company employee and dropped off at a hotel. The next morning, a bus showed up right on time and we were on our way to Tortuguero. The entire trip, which involved staying in five different places, went like that. If a driver was going to be five minutes late, we received app messages. When we determined that we wanted to change our plans, this tour company responded quickly to our emails or app messages and made last minute changes that involved guides and drivers.
Most importantly, the tour company arranged for us to stay in excellent accommodations and set us up with great guides. The lodge in Tortuguero was fantastic. We had a hotel room with a great view of the cloud covered Arenal volcano. In Monteverde, our hotel room had a terrific view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Nicoya and the Pacific Ocean. In Tamarindo, we had another hotel room with a view of the sunset.
I highly recommend this tour company. They are well-connected to the Costa Rica tourism industry and they know how to make things work well for their clients

The owners of our travel company put together an amazing trip to Costa Rica for us! I have been in the travel and hotel industry for over 20 years and have always planned, booked and managed our trips on my own. This year I just didn't have time to put everything together so I handed off control (not easy for me) to this company and it was an excellent decision! I did some basic research on what to see and do in Costa Rica. I then asked our travel company to put together an itinerary with 3-4 days in the Arenal area, 2 days in the Monteverde Cloud Forest and 4-5 days at the beach in Tamarindo. Our travel company put together a beautiful itinerary with choices of activities each day, all transportation and 3-4 star accommodations in one complete package. They were wonderful to work with and quick to respond with information as I added requests to our trip. I received several personal phone calls when working through the details and they were very professional in their follow up to the proposal they sent to me without being aggressive in the sales process. Once in Costa Rica they were available by phone 24-hours a day and we received a call through our driver on the way back to the airport to thank us for allowing them to provide this fantastic insight into their incredibly warm and welcoming country. Our agents provided some of the best customer service I've ever received and I wish that they could plan all of my trips around the world! I highly recommend using this company for all travel to Costa Rica, you will love working with them. They are true ambassadors for Costa Rica, let them help you plan the trip of a lifetime!
