Costa Rica Travel Review: Hiking, Nature, Kayaking, Wildlife, 10-Day Tour
Overall, trip to Costa Rica, including the lodges in San Gerardo Dota, Punto Jimenez and in Punta Nicuesa (Osa Peninsula), was fantastic. Great food, excellent guides and comfortable rooms at each destination. Staffs were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Identified dozens of birds (two lifers), hiked through beautiful gardens and rain forest trails and observed a multitude of gorgeous butterflies and moths. We have traveled Costa Rica many times over three decades. This was the best.

Travel Review: Luxury Vacation in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio, Arenal, Tortuguero, Corcovado National Park, Poas Volcano, Ziplining

From the planning process through the trip home our travel company was there for us.  They planned a spectacular itinerary, with input from us, and provided timely transportation to and from our various destinations within Costa Rica.  They met us at the airport in San Jose and took us back at the end of our journey, with personalized contact and personable guides and drivers. I had not traveled in Costa Rica but have traveled extensively and have never had better care.   We traveled to Tortuguero, Arenal, the cloud forest by Poas, Manual Antonio and Corcovado.  Two and a half weeks of heaven. Anyone thinking of Costa Rica should go and they should use this travel company for a worry free vacation.  Thank you!!

Costa Rica Luxury Trip Review: San José, Osa Peninsula, Monteverde, Wildlife, Local Culture, Nine Nights

Zicasso’s tour operator arranged an amazing trip to Costa Rica for our anniversary. He listened to our initial ideas, put together a fabulous itinerary, and helped us make a few mid-trip adjustments.

We spent a full day in San José, then three days on the Osa Peninsula, and another four days in the Monteverde Cloud Forest. All the accommodations, activities, drivers, guides – everything was wonderful.

We also felt like we got to know some interesting people and places in different parts of Costa Rica, despite not speaking Spanish. We couldn't have done it without our agent’s help. We absolutely recommend him!

Travel Review: Costa Rica Vacation, Osa Peninsula, Corcovado National Park, Pena Blanca River White Water Rafting, Hiking, Wildlife

The trip was absolutely perfect from start to finish.  Everything that I requested was planned and my itinerary was delivered by our agent at the airport personally.  He introduced us to our driver and made sure we had everything we needed before he left us in the drivers capable hands.  This travel company is operated by brothers who are from Costa Rica and know there area and the best places to see!

We had a 3 hour trip to our destination and our driver stopped so we could have breakfast; our flight was an overnight and arrived in San Jose at 7:30 am.

Every time we were picked up for an activity the drivers were punctual and we felt very secure with them. They were waiting for us at the end of every adventure with fruit, drinks and gave us water to take on the tours.  Very professional and courteous.

The hotels we stayed at all had excellent rooms. We stayed at Encanta La Vida when we were in Osa Peninsula. This place was magic. Everyone was professional and I could not have planned a trip like this on my own. The details were what really made the trip.

Luxury Costa Rica Trip Review: Tortuguero, Arenal Volcano, Tamarindo, San Jose, Poas Volcano, Snorkeling, Hiking, Wildlife
I highly recommend this travel company for your travel in Costa Rica. They arranged a wonderful itinerary for us during a two week trip around the country. Wonderful hotels, guides and drivers. They took us some amazing places. Working from East to West across the country the itinerary was very efficient. The travel team worked with us well in country to make last minute changes to the itinerary that we requested during the trip including a last minute change that they suggested allowing us to see the Poas volcano near San Jose before we departed. A major highlight of the trip. Costa Rica is a very climate diverse country with many different things to see from the wet Caribbean east to the dryer Pacific. We were able to experience these different regions with first class guides, drivers and accommodations through this travel agency. Highly recommend. Bill N

Costa Rica Luxury Travel Review: Tortuguero, Manuel Antonio, Arenal Volcano National Park, Nature, Wildlife, 2-Week Tour

It was a real pleasure working with Zicasso’s travel agency to put together a tour which took into consideration all our requirements. When we arrived, they provided us with a WhatsApp contact, which was great to have, but fortunately, we did not need it. The 14-day tour around Costa Rica worked perfectly. All but one of our transfers were private and the drivers always arrived on time and were friendly and knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, so even the transfers provided interesting sightings. The hotels were very different in style, some large, others small, and we loved that variety.

There was one very small change to our flight time from Puerto Jiménez to San José, which the agency notified us about in good time. They also updated the hotel. Top marks to this company!
