In the 15th and 16th centuries, salt trading and shipbuilding helped propel the city forward as a maritime power and rival of Venice. Today the city's primary industry is tourism. Our travel planner did a fantastic job putting our 10 day itinerary together. We spent 3 night at each location: Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik. The hotels were great, the transportation seamless and excursions fantastic.

We communicated with this travel specialist who offered good suggestions and planning. However as It ended up we did not book the whole itinerary from our travel specialist as we followed a friend's recommendations. Her service and attitude were so good that we still continued to engage her to provide fill-in items we required including a short tour in Split, a half day tour of Pula with pick up and drop off in Rovinj, transfers from Split to Hvar, Transfer from Hvar to Dubrovnik and final transfer from our Dubrovnik hotel to the airport. Everything she arranged was tops. All the drivers and guides showed up on time and were courteous and friendly, the black cars were all new and spacious and over all the experience was very smooth. It helped make our vacation flawless. I highly recommend her services.

Our trip was flawless! Everything was organized perfectly. From the moment we were met at the airport upon arrival to the drop-off two weeks later, the experience was amazing.
Zicasso’s trip planner organized a fantastic itinerary, with thorough and enjoyable tours of Dubrovnik and Split; a private lunch at an oyster farm near Ston; a visit to a lovely winery with a wine tasting and delicious lunch; two days of sailing and boating, with day trips to the nearby islands, including lively Hvar; a day trip to a national park; and so much more. It was a perfect combination of relaxation, culture, and adventure.
Our agent was always a phone call or email away, and just a pleasure to work with. She adjusted our itinerary last minute based on the weather, changing the day of our boat tour because of rain. This, too, was seamless. We would highly recommend our agent and her staff.

While planning a vacation in Croatia, I was greeted by this agent. She was wonderful to work with and made each step of our vacation perfect! Having never been to Croatia, my agent planned our 7 day vacation to hit all the top spots. Each leg of our trip was flawless! Our agent arranged all our hotels, car and drivers, transportation by ferries and private guides at each destination. We started in Split, then 2 days in Dubrovnik and then 3 days in Hvar and back to Split. My husband and I travel quite a bit so we are ready for glitches which can happen when you are bouncing from city to city but to our amazement, our agent planned everything so well that it went flawlessly! The guides were very knowledgable as well as welcoming and friendly. Not only was our guide very knowledgeable about Dubrovnik but we felt as though we were exploring with a wonderful friend!! We had such an amazing connection with her that when the tour was over, we all got together for dinner because we did not want our time with her to end!!
