Croatia is a beautiful country to visit. The people we met and the guides we had were all fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Every place we visited, even the more crowded tourist areas, felt very safe.

We have worked with many travel agencies in the past and this was by far one of the best. Our Zicasso travel agent invested the time and asked the right questions to get to know us and our interests and preferences, and curated the most amazing itinerary. She even made dinner reservations for us in some of the best restaurants throughout Croatia. Despite the time difference, she was always available to answer questions and even gave us her phone number to call in case we had any issues locally. It was like we had a friend in Croatia! We actually did have an issue where we forgot our tablet in one of the hotels in Hvar and she arranged for the hotel to transport it via a ferry to our next hotel. This was really impressive and going well above and beyond! She was truly the best!

I also have high praise for the overall company. We had the pleasure of having some of the tours and drivers arranged by our travel company and their drivers were all really good. They were courteous, professional, and friendly. The tours they arranged were very unique and unforgettable! On one of the island tours, the boat captain arranged for us to have lunch at one of the most iconic restaurants in Komiža, at a table that has a year-long wait!  

Overall, I think everything, starting from the airport pick-up to drop-off and everything in between, was flawless and well executed. Even the hotels our agent suggested were perfect.

The experiences our agent and her company curated made our holiday a truly memorable one and the reason we will visit Croatia again and call upon them again.

Zicasso's tour company is fantastic. They designed a perfect custom itinerary for us that included boating, hiking, biking, wine tasting, and much more. Our days were filled with interesting activities and meeting some of the most lovely people as our guides.

Though there were too many highlights to list them all, a few unexpected ones were a cooking class near Split that included shopping for fresh ingredients, snorkeling, lunching off a luxury boat near Hvar, and lunch at an oyster farm.

We had the most lovely guide in Dubrovnik who works for the tourist board and gave us the insider's guide to places in the old town. We even had an authentic meal, one that takes days to prepare, outside of Hvar. There is so much to love about Croatia. This tour company will help you find it.

We just returned home from a very memorable trip to Croatia. Thanks to Zicasso's travel expert and her company for the terrific itinerary. Dubrovnik, Hvar, Split, Rovinj, and Zagreb were all toured with knowledgeable guides and experienced drivers to get us there!

There were many highlights, including the beautiful Adriatic countryside, Plitvice Lakes National Park, and a dinner with wine pairing. Of course, there were many more delightful experiences, but too many to include all of them!
