Our trip was just what we hoped it would be. Zicasso’s tour operators' support was responsive, informative, and flexible.
We had to make a last-minute change in Dubrovnik due to the weather and our travel agent made arrangements on a Sunday evening, in time for the next morning, and it was lovely.
We learned that we need to do more homework on the hotels suggested so we know the options and choose the style of hotel that suits us. We prefer the old style over the modern. The hotel in Split was modern and lovely, yet we could have asked about old-style options.
The drivers were all good, courteous, and informative.
Overall, I would recommend Zicasso as a travel partner. Thank you. Until the next time.

Zicasso’s travel agent did a wonderful job! The hotels were superb, with ideal locations, and the guides she arranged were great.
We also had some great experiences that she suggested, which we wouldn’t have done on our own, that ended up being highlights, such as a day sailing around Dubrovnik.
We highly recommend this travel agent and tour company!

Our travel agent was very responsive before and during our trip. Zicasso’s trip planner booked drivers and tours with companies that were top-notch, very professional, and timely. She was very knowledgeable about all things Croatia, was a big help in planning timing and suggested activities for our trip, and was willing to adjust things based on our budget. We even got to meet her when we arrived in Dubrovnik and she had a small gift for us, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience working with her.
