Enlgand Luxury Tour Review: London, Kent, Countryside, 2-Week Trip
My partner and I travelled to London and the Countryside of England for a bit over two weeks. The team at the travel agency arranged EVERY aspect of our vacation in an excellent professional, and personable manner.  The whole process of planning the trip with Chris and the team at the travel agency was FUN!  It made me get more and more excited over the months of planning.  I was initially a bit cautious about using the travel agency given their emphasis on Wine Based Travel, but Chris assured me that the agency, and he personally knew England and could provided the knowledge to create a truly wonderful experience for us:   They delivered.  The hotels, especial in the countryside were Five Star and wonderful each in their own way.  Clearly in each hotel we had the best room in the house--something that was clearly a reflection of Chris' knowledge of the hotels and connections with the management of the establishments.  Their restaurant selecting were very good and as well.  Our contact at the agency had to get up at 12:01AM in order to get us a reservation at Clare Smyth the three starred Michelin Restaurant (it was excellent and less expensive but no less mind-blowing than other similar restaurants we have dined at).Another high point were the guides that they arranged for us.  All were knowledgeable but as well, and more importantly, they were personable and quickly read us and our interests and travelling styles.  They lived in the areas that we were touring, all had Mercedes Vans that were great for the two of us to stretch out in!  Lots of personal touches throughout.  Chris has connection to the top-notch guides. A side note, as a Gay Couple we were aware and  appreciated the kind of warm welcome we received from ever single person who was a part of our arranged stay in England. To top it off Chris and the team met us for drinks while we were staying London--a lovely touch that captures their personal commitment and the connection they made and we felt with them.  This is the first time in our travels through Zicasso that we have had such an opportunity and it mattered to us, as did our feedback matter to them.Working with this travel company was a wonderful experience.  We recommend them without reservation.

Review: England & Ireland Vacation, London, Dublin, Pub Crawl Tour, Overnight in Castle
We are pleased to review this travel team with a 5 star rating.  Our travel planners did a wonderful job planning our trip to London and Ireland.  We appreciated their questions and suggestions to help put together a trip designed especially for us which we thoroughly enjoyed.  Several highlights of our trip included:  the central London hotel - service and location was perfect!  The London Eye, champagne option was awesome.  The Pub Crawl with our planner in London and with our guide in Dublin were informative and fun.  Our drivers, especially in London, were on time and professional.  Lastly, the Castle stay was well worth the money for 3 nights and the Hawk Walk is a do not miss event. We had a hotel issue while away and our travel planner worked with us to help resolve it quickly.  We would highly recommend this travel team.  Geri and Terry C.

England Travel Review: Afternoon Tea Service, Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, One-Week Trip
Zicasso’s tour operators did an excellent job of planning our family trip to London. They worked with me to create an itinerary for our family of five that appealed to adults and our three boys of various ages. The hotel was very nice and in the perfect area for us to easily walk to many places. All our drivers and guides were on time and excellent.

Review: England Vacation, London, Bath, Oxford, Dover Cliffs, Stonehenge, Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, Jane Austen Tour

This travel agency planned an excellent London, Bath, and multiple side-trip vacation for me and my family. The logistics were well-designed and executed. The tour guides were well above average, and the hotel choices in London and Bath were perfect.

We spent five nights in London, three nights in Bath, and our final night in Oxford.

Our side-trips from London included a day visiting sites related to the life of Jane Austen (Steventon, Chawton, Winchester, and Lacock) and day traveling south to visit Leeds castle in Kent, the Canterbury Cathedral, and the Dover Cliffs.

Our final day side trip took us from Bath, through Bradford-on-Avon, to Stonehenge, Highclere Castle, and then ending the day in Oxford.

Luxury England & Scotland Vacation Review: London, Edinburgh, 10-Day Tour
We had a great vacation in London and Edinburgh. The accommodations recommended by our agency were great and the locations were optimal. The tours that were booked by the agency were somewhat disappointing and we were able to work with the agency after the fact.

England Vacation Review: London, Greenwich, Museums, Theatre, Art, Local Cuisine, Market, 7-Day Trip

We had an excellent visit. Having been in London previously, we limited our activities to museums, plays, tours, and dining. Zicasso's travel agency was very responsive to our requests. We were most appreciative of the six-night hotel selection, which was ideal for getting around. Being next to the centrally located Charing Cross Station and the provided Oyster cards made navigation a pleasure.
