This travel agent and the travel company team were out of this world! They crafted an amazing four-week adventure for us in New Zealand and Fiji. We started in Te Anau, NZ, where we focused on hiking and boating to both the Milford and Doubtful Sounds. We flew from Te Anau to the Nelson area at the top of the south island and fell in love with Mapua, located just 30 minutes from Nelson. We explored the Abel Tasman area extensively there. Next, we traveled (by plane again) to Russell, just across the way from Pahia and Kerikeri. It was a dream of a place, and we continued to hike, sail, and eat amazing food and drink delicious wines. Our accommodations couldn't have been better! Our travel company thought of everything! Last stop was Fiji - this their idea - make a stop in a super relaxing place on the way home back to Texas. The resort was out of a picture book - we had an extraordinary villa with our own plunge pool - the service, food, and staff were beyond amazing. We highly recommend this company - even when we had a travel snag, our agent answered his cell straight away and was on call to help us get to a solution. Can't say enough good things about him and his team!

As we brainstormed Australia trip, our goal was to scuba dive on great barrier reef. The tour planner did a great job of pointing out the pluses and minuses of live aboard 4 day option, highlighting jelly fish issue at Hamilton Island during December, long boat rides from Port Douglas, and ultimately guiding us to consider Fiji as a beautiful scuba option that was easy to access from land. He recommended VOMO island which turned out fantastic....easy to access from Nadi Intl airport, felt completely remote, excellent food and variety, beautiful accommodations, scuba diving 10 min off shore, hiking, snorkeling and fitness club to enjoy as well and literally no one on the beach in either direction. I would never have found this place without the tour planner and it was perfect for our entire family. I'd make the choice to go to VOMO island over Hawaii....definitely worth the extra flight time. The tour planner also chose the ranger penguin tour rather than the standard tour at Phillips Island near Melbourne which was a definite plus and gave us small viewing area of 30 people compared to the 4000 in the general viewing area. Apartments in Melbourne also had all the amenities we were looking for and in good location

New Zealand is wonderful, welcoming, and full of natural beauty, rich culture, and diverse landscapes. The Zicasso tour company put together a terrific itinerary and we covered the North and South islands, traveling by automobile, plane, train, and ferry boats.
We experienced Māori culture, geothermal baths, vineyards, national parks, fjords, and numerous lakes, rivers, and mountains, in addition to the east and west coastlines.
We stopped in Fiji on the way home and stayed at a beautiful hotel. We visited a cultural village there and learned a great deal about Fijian history, culture, Kava, and life today. We spent the balance of our time relaxing, enjoying the lagoon, pools, spa, and restaurants at the hotel.
The weather wasn’t always cooperative, as March is in the wet season, so we experienced intermittent downpours. However, there was plenty to do rain or shine, or we could just relax, which was often a good option. The people of Fiji are friendly, family-oriented, most welcoming, and extremely happy!
The travel agent put together an excellent itinerary for us and we had a great time, with only a couple of execution challenges that he addressed promptly and professionally.

Our honeymoon to Fiji was absolutely incredible and this was very much due in part to this travel agency. The itinerary our travel coordinator (no longer working there) planned was second-to-none. From the start, he was responsive, attentive and really catered to exactly what we were looking for in our trip. We had open discussions about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to go about it and our travel agency was tireless in answering questions, reviewing all options and putting together the perfect trip.
Everything was conveniently available on their site, all logistics were planned out perfectly and we did not receive one hiccup the entire time. I could not believe the level of detail that went into planning the trip and it truly was spectacular. There was not one oversight and that was a welcome sight. Further, whenever I had questions, they were always there to help, right up until the day before we left.
Thanks to our travel agency, it allowed us to have the most wonderful trip. Fiji is a surreal location that we would absolutely return to someday. I enjoy planning trips and do most of the travel planning for my wife and I, but the travel agency helped make this trip so memorable because they planned an exquisite vacation in an exotic location that I know I could not have planned if I had done it myself. If we plan further trips to the South Pacific, I certainly would return to using this company. Bravo and highly recommend!
