I dealt with our travel agent to plan our trip for two couples. I knew roughly the locations we wanted to visit, but with her suggestions and recommendations, our visit to several cities in Spain was enhanced and made the trip even more memorable.
Needless to say, all guides and drivers were punctual and the guides were very knowledgeable and flexible to our needs. I would highly recommend Zicasso's travel company.

My husband, our two adult sons, and myself had the pleasure of going to Spain for 11 nights. We didn’t know much about the country, so we relied on Zicasso’s travel specialist to guide us. From the start, she explained the history, culture, food, etc.
We traveled to Madrid, Granada, Seville, Barcelona, and Costa Brava! We also took day trips to Toledo and Córdoba. We had excellent tour guides and drivers. Our trip flowed nicely, as we were on the go a lot of the time.
It was a trip of a lifetime for our family. We looked forward to the tapas, paellas, Jamón Ibérico, gazpacho, empanadas, rabo de toro, and, of course, the seafood every evening. The Spanish people were great and some we’ll never forget!
We learned so much about the ancient and early history, including the Roman conquest through the Medieval and early modern history. We were taking in this information all week, including the Prado Museum, the Picasso Museum, and the Dalí Theatre-Museum!
A simple family moment was sitting on our rooftop in Seville by the pool looking out at this beautiful city, which was difficult to leave!

We had a wonderful time in Spain! Our tour guides were exceptional and we were charmed by the unique locations and the cozy, small hotels we stayed in. Zicasso’s travel specialist was always accessible to help us along the way, too!

The trip itinerary and guides provided in Barcelona, Porto, the Duoro Valley, and Madrid were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and spoke excellent English.
Most of the drivers were very good, but we were surprised that some of them did not provide bottled water for half-day tours (we had to ask and stop to buy it). This was a minor nuisance, but given the price of tours and previous experiences, a simple expectation, as well as having the car cooled down and AC on during hot days when being picked up.
The tour manager did an outstanding job overall, but could have improved on some specific requests that seemed to be either forgotten or missed regarding an electric scooter/wheelchair we rented that caused some issues during pick-up and drop-off. Otherwise, working with her was a very good experience.

My husband and I just returned from a 12-day, one-year anniversary trip. Zicasso's travel designer really helped make everything so easy from start to finish. She helped us find wonderful tours and activities, while also staying in our budget. We went to multiple cities in Spain and for each one she provided detailed descriptions of the city, along with restaurant recommendations.
She was very helpful when our first hotel in Madrid told us the breakfast was not included (when it had already been paid for). Our travel designer called over right away to get everything sorted and ensured the entire trip went so smoothly. She continued to check in and give us any updates along the way.
The itinerary was really easy to follow in the app she uses, which made the trip even more of a breeze. It included all of the train tickets and tour vouchers in one section, and also broke everything apart day by day. This was definitely a trip we will never forget!
