Travel Review: Luxury France Vacation, Lyon, Reims, Alsace, Colmar, Dijon, Cooking Class, Wine Tastings, Fine Dining

Everything was perfect.  We were met as promised and all of our guides were terrific.  I was very impressed with our travel agent's follow up to make sure that everything was going according to plan.

We all loved the trip.  Lyon was great.  Our guides were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed their company and the information  they provided. The cooking class was great fun and of course all the wine tastings were superb.

The last day in Lyon we went to Annecy for the day.  Due to potential train strikes we ended up hiring a driver for the day.  If I was to redo this I would have had our agent make those arrangements in advance.

Colmar was great as well.  The villages were absolutely beautiful.  Our guide was very interesting and had lots of knowledge of the area.  He obviously loves the entire Alsace region and imparted a tremendous amount of information.

My favorite part was Reims.  Our hotel was amazing.  Impeccable service and an absolutely beautiful property.  Our guide in Reims was our favorite.  Of course the Champagne made everything fabulous.

France, Switzerland Tour Review: Walking Tour, Cheese and Wine Tasting, Moulin Rouge, History, Art, Culture, Fondue, 1 Week

Oh my goodness, where do we even start with our incredible journey to Paris and Zurich organized by Zicasso’s tour company? It was seriously like a dream come true!

Your drivers have access to the best vehicles and introduce you to an experience that feels so luxurious and elevated. Never let them go!!!!! Every driver we had was phenomenal. Quiet, professional, efficient, and supportive.

Paris was absolutely enchanting. From the moment we arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport and were whisked away by our amazing driver to the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel was just perfect; so charming with its French decor. And that breakfast! Fresh croissants, delicious coffee, and that delightful French ambiance. It was the perfect start to each day of exploring the city.

And let's talk about our walking tour guide in Paris. She was an absolute gem. She took us through the winding streets of the Latin District, sharing stories of artists and poets, giving us a masterclass in French art and history.

We had a front-row gourmet seat at the Moulin Rouge. Talk about an unforgettable experience!

One of the highlights was definitely our wine and cheese tour. We sampled the most exquisite cheeses and wines, learning about the rich culinary traditions of France. And of course, no trip to Paris is complete without a visit to a French pharmacy. We stocked up on skincare products like there was no tomorrow!

And then Zurich. Oh Zurich, you stole our hearts! The hotel was pure luxury. The spa experience was out of this world, like floating on a cloud of relaxation. Our guide in Zurich was so knowledgeable and fun. He took us for a fondue feast, shared stories of Zurich's gold coast, and even treated us to a tour of a well-known chocolate factory. Heaven!

Overall, our trip was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We soaked in the culture, indulged in gourmet delights, and made memories to last a lifetime. We can't wait to share all the stunning photos and insider tips with our followers. It was truly an experience to remember!

Travel Review: France Trip, Paris, 11-Day Tour
The trip was well-planned, and corresponded closely to the wishes we conveyed.  The most important specifics:A.  The selected hotels were either very nice/pleasant or very interesting (except the last, the hotel in Reims, that was quite far from Best.  Unlike the given description, there was no clue we could see it was built anytime before 2015, except maybe its lighting scheme that seemed medieval, defied both adequacy and description).B. The various guides & chauffeurs were all of high caliber. I would like to specifically commend the crew of the Colmar tour and the two full-day guides.C. The prompt attention of this travel company, and the person there we mostly interfaced with to requests during the planning phase and even more so, during the trip, is highly commended. Our travel specialist was very responsive.

Travel Review: France & Switzerland Trip, Paris, Seine, Reims, Colmar, Eiffel Tower, Champagne Tour, Castles, Vineyards
Amazing mother/daughter (adult) trip to France, (Paris and Alsace region), with a side trip to Switzerland.  I cannot rave enough about our trip and our travel agent! She set up some amazing tours, great accommodations and left no detail unattended.  The transportation from place to place was well-timed and organized.  Every tour guide seemed to be such a perfect fit, like a long lost relative who really cared if you were understanding and enjoying the trip.  It really took all the guesswork and stress out of our trip.  I was overwhelmed trying to plan this trip myself and I'm so happy I decided to contact Zicasso and specifically this travel company, there are so many things I would have missed if I had done it myself. She listened and really spent some time getting the details correct. We had one small situation when boarding our first train we noticed the train connection details did not print on our tickets.  One phone call to her on a Sunday afternoon and she had the details texted to our phone within 15 minutes.  When they say service, they mean it.  We were very happy with everything from start to finish!  Highly recommend!

Luxury France Tour Review: Beaune Cooking Class, Wine Tours in Cote de Nuits & Cote de Beaune, Burgundy & Provence Regions, Paris
The trip planned by this travel team was amazing.  They got a good sense of what we wanted and catered the lodgings and tours perfectly. Although we had been to France several times before, we decided that we could use some help in structuring a trip starting in Provence, into Borgogne and ultimately ending up in Paris. We had lovely lodgings in all places, great wine tours, cooking classes and other small group or individual tours.  Transport was very easy either by train or driver - while we don't usually like to change hotels every few days, they made it so easy that we didn't mind at all.  I will definitely use them on our next trip to another part of France and would highly recommend them.

Couple's France Trip Review: Paris, Reims, Versailles, Basilica Tour, Fine Dining
The trip was awesome, we spent 10 days in Paris, including a day trip to Reims and an afternoon at Versailles. The first half we stay in St. Germain de Pres and the second half near the Opera.  Most days we would have a 2 hour tour in the morning and wander the districts the remainder of the day.  We used this tour company and trip planner designed our trip.He made the trip so much better.  He asked good questions and gave us excellent options.  We chose his agency over a couple others.  He also made himself available throughout our trip if anything came up.  Luckily, the whole trip went off without a hitch.
