You will discover the marvels of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur during an exceptional trip that will immerse you in the local culture and provide private transfers, specialist guides, and the comforts of family-friendly accommodations. From the preserved monuments in Delhi’s Mehrauli Archeological Park to the sandstone courtyards of Fatehpur Sikri, you and your family can bask in the opulent designs of India’s distinctive heritage.

Your family-friendly India adventure will begin with two days in Delhi. You will have a chance to discover Delhi at your own pace and follow your guide through the districts that display the layers of the city’s heritage. You can wander the lanes of the renowned Chhatta Chowk bazaar and view Qutub Minar, which is the country’s tallest minaret. You will have a private transfer to Agra, where a guide will introduce you to the Mughal artifacts that decorate the cityscape. You will also visit iconic sites, such as the Agra Fort and Mehtab Bagh, before witnessing the sunset over the Taj Mahal.

The following day, you will venture to Jaipur, stopping en route at the remarkably preserved capital of Fatehpur Sikri. The capital city was founded in the 16th century but is now deserted. Your family will uncover the unique designs of the palaces and courtyards before reaching the Pink City and capital of Rajasthan. India Tour Review: Jaipur, Amber Fort, Royal Palace, 5 Nights

We appreciated the smooth logistics of our trip with Zicasso’s travel company. We had representatives meet us upon arrival at the airport, at each hotel, and upon departure from the airport to help ensure our check-in at each point was smooth. Our driver stayed with us for the duration of our trip and was friendly and prompt. We really enjoyed sightseeing in Jaipur and our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming.

India Trip Review: Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Safari, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Culture, Wildlife, 60 Nights

Zicasso's travel specialist did an amazing job of selecting locations and properties in rural areas that perfectly suited me. I loved the tented camps and safari lodges, visiting rural villages and schools, kayaking, horseback riding, walking, and enjoying cultural activities.

I selected two resorts and they were everything I hoped they would be, with fabulous service and wonderful experiences. The travel agent selected four other hotels and they were everything I hoped for as well. I loved them all, but especially the one in Jawai Bandh, which may have been my favorite spot on the trip. The service was spectacular, with great leopard spotting, guides, and butlers.

I really wasn’t keen on the cities. I was sick in Delhi and stayed in my hotel, and quickly went through Jaipur. Two hours there was enough. Udaipur was the best of the three. I especially liked my hike there. The hotel in Udaipur was OK, but there were a lot of pigeons making a noise around the rooms.

India Travel Review: Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai, Taj Mahal, 12-Day Trip

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Zicasso’s tour company! They coordinated my 60th birthday trip to India, taking me to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and Mumbai. Zicasso’s travel specialist was incredibly attentive and responsive to all my inquiries, and the birthday celebration in Mumbai was epic—think 10-course meal! The tour guides were super-knowledgeable and added so much depth to the trip, making it fun and educational.

One suggestion for the travel company: consider incorporating visits to some of the more affluent and clean areas within the Golden Triangle. It would give tourists a contrast to the poverty and crowds in the main cities, and create a more well-rounded memory of India.
