We had a very lovely trip and overall had a great time. This is a smaller size company, and they know their business. They did a really exceptional job with tours in Belfast and with Ashford Castle arrangements. I would have rated them higher, but we had some difficulties during the planning stages getting things booked. It turned out that this was due to a computer conversion and the owner was most upset that it took longer to complete than planned. I was very impressed by how he followed up with me and took full accountability--he did not waffle or try to make excuses. He did his best to make things right. I am sure any future computer conversions will be done well before peak season begins. We had also requested king size beds and did not get them for 2 of our stays, but this was mostly a result of accommodating golfing in some out of the way spots and for convenience for our airport departure. Overall, I do think this company has the potential to be a 5 star firm and with the learning experiences from this trip, they likely will be in the future.

We found this Ireland travel agency a highly professional and responsive company which exceeded our expectations in arranging our recent self driving trip to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our clock-wise itinerary began and ended in Dublin. The trip blended urban and rural landscapes and spectacular ocean and cliff views. Our agency provided excellent accommodations including a boutique hotel, a country guest house, a famous Belfast hotel, a large contemporary hotel and three castle hotels. Our personalized itinerary was perfectly paced with two day and one day stays interspersed in key destinations. We could not have planned this trip on our own.

The travel company personnel were great doing the booking and planning process. The tour company was great with the exception of the transport from the airport to the hotel. The bus driver apparently was from Belfast and did not know his way around Dublin. It took about 2.5 hours to get to the hotel and only after a very good and smart fellow (one of our co-tour members) interceded.

I cannot express how wonderful our experience was with Zicasso’s travel specialist. The trip was seamless, with every last detail planned and accounted for.
We traveled from the US to Dublin and drove to Belfast. From there we traveled to Bushmills, Galway, and ended in Dublin for a few days before heading home. All of our experiences were one-on-one (no group tickets!) and all tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and just had a great time. Our travel team was fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough.

I was part of a group of four women. Everything was done well for us from our first transfer at Dublin airport to our last one in Belfast. We had a wonderful driver who knew the history, the political scene, and the country’s beauty. He went out of his way to show each of us what we were interested in seeing. The beauty of the Irish people and the land speak for themselves.
Our accommodations were all very nice and we enjoyed each place we stayed. The company went out of its way to fix one “hiccup” we had and went beyond what was needed to compensate us.
We could not have experienced all that’s we saw and learned on our own and we are thankful to have used this travel agency.
