Enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants – the seafood is, as you would expect, excellent, but the Venetians make pretty good pizza, too – and set out for the world-famous Harry's Bar, the birthplace of carpaccio and the delicious Bellini cocktail. Our family truly had the trip of a lifetime, thanks largely to Kate and the great staff at this Italy tour company! We spent seven days in Italy and explored Venice, Florence, Tuscany and Rome. The tour guides were so knowledgeable and interesting, and having everything planned in advance meant that we could enjoy each day without having to worry about getting around or getting tickets. The extra planning also ensured that we did things that kept our teenaged kids entertained and engaged. I'd highly recommend working with Zicasso and this tour company on any trip to the Mediterranean. I'll definitely have them plan our next trip!

Our Italy travel agency did an excellent job in putting together a wonderful vacation for me and my family. We spent 10 days is Venice, Florence and Rome and had just the right mix of guided tours to scenic places, gelato and pizza making, historic museums and places, walking tours, etc. The 3 cities were amazing and quite different. The hotels were very good with some minor issues. AC did not work well in our hotel in Florence. Staff at hotel in Rome did not really know anything from how to get English speaking channels on the TV to whether laundry services were available. Hotel staff in Venice were great but in Florence and Rome just OK.
Walking food tour in Rome was fabulous. Gelato and pizza making in Tuscany was also wonderful. Loved our hotel locations in Venice and Florence. High speed rail from Venice to Florence was the way to go. Probably would skip the day trip to Cinque Terre, too long of a drive and too little to see there. San Gimingano was a beautiful place to visit.

Working with these travel agents was a great pleasure. We were a family of 7 with a toddler visiting Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Venice, and the Chianti region in August. Needless to say we had a very busy but well planned out 8 days. There wasn't a day that wasn't short of amazing- from the drivers, to the tour guides, restaurant reservations, ferry, trains, museums, our apartment in Florence and hotel in Rome- everything was expertly managed and planned.
We had a fabulous time, we still talk about it every day and made memories that will last a lifetime.
To our guide in Florence- Thank you for opening our eyes to the absolute beauty and deliciousness that is Florence- we fell in love with that magical place. You were an amazing start to our journey.
To our guide in Cinque Terre- Thank you for showing us the magical and colorful beauty of Cinque Terre- what a beautiful place- we can't wait to go back. Thank you for all the care, the pirate stories, your patience and caring spirit.
To our guide in Venice- You made Venice such an amazing experience, thank you for showing us the beauty of your Venice, the back alleys, the off the beaten path, the conversations about the world.
To our Colloseum tour guides- The most information-filled 2-days we could've asked! There is so much history and so much to learn! You were both a treat to have has guides.
Gracias, gracias, gracias!

My family and I had an amazing time on our Italian vacation in June/July 2018. Our group of 11 ranging in ages from 11 to 78 couldn't have been happier. Our 14 day vacation included stops in Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Rome, Florence and Venice. We traveled by all modes of transportation including plane, van, bus, train and boat. Drivers were always pleasant and tended to all of our needs. We had private guides that were fun and knowledgeable at all stops. The hotels we stayed in were amazing and the staff from top to bottom at the hotels made our stays special. Any reservations my family had about attempting a land trip (with our many, many suitcases) covering so many stops and so many miles vanished as we saw how flawlessly the trip was handled at every turn. When we did run into one issue, we had 24 hour access to our travel planner at the travel company. He stepped in and helped immediately and we were back on track! They planned (with our input) treasure hunts, private boating trip off the island of Capri including a swim through one of the Grottos, a cooking class, private tours of the antiquities and the Vatican, private tours of the glass-blowing in Murano and a tour in Burano, with additional private tours in Sorrento and Florence. As you read this you must be thinking that there was never any down time to do our own thing?? No, we had lots of time to just wander and do "whatever" as well as a perfectly placed entire day to relax and lounge by the pool and order foods and drinks after a self-guided hike through the hills of Sorrento (yes, I might have gotten our group lost)! Could not recommend them enough!!!
Our travel planners were fantastic!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful and amazing trip to Italy. We only had seven days to tour Venice, Florence, and Rome. Our trip was planned out so that we were able to maximize our time and enjoy so much of the history, beauty, art, and of course the food and wine of Italy. The hotels we stayed at were centrally located and each offered modern amenities while still maintaining old world charm. Hotel Concordia was located in St. Marks Square, old world feel, and an outstanding and friendly staff. Hotel Santa Maria Novella was an elegant escape and the Hotel D'Inghilterra in Rome had an interesting history and beautifully appointed.
Our agent at this Italy travel agency did an outstanding job of planning out an itinerary that maximized our time and exceeded our expectations. From the travel transfers, hotel accommodations, tours, and food and wine experiences-all were perfecto(as they say in Italy).

Our whole trip was absolutely fantastic!! Our agent from this Italy travel company did a really excellent job planning the trip and working with us to customize it to the needs of our family. We travelled for 10 days with our 4 adult children ages 24,21,20 and 18 and covered Rome, Florence, a day trip to Venice, Tuscany and Positano with stops to Sienna, Pompeii and San Gigigmano. We had a family cooking class in Tuscany along with a beautiful guided hike to a castle. Our agent arranged all transportation, tours, hotels and also helped us with restaurant guidance and reservations. Anytime there was a glitch he was right on the phone fixing the problem. He gave us a cell phone and we could reach him day or night. His hotel choices were especially great and exactly what we wanted. We had requested unique boutique hotels that were reasonably priced however high quality. We were extremely happy with the whole trip and travel experience which was not easy to accomplish considering the complexity of our group! This is by far the best family vacation we have ever had and we are very grateful to have had the guidance and knowledge that our agent and his company offered.
