Italy Vacation Review: Sorrento, Naples, Pizza-Making Class, Limoncello Tour, Family Heritage, 7 Days

Zicasso’s travel agent did such an amazing job planning this trip for my mom and me. This was probably the most memorable experience we could’ve ever dreamed of. My mom was so happy, probably the happiest she had ever been, to be able to have this experience.

The activities and the itinerary were laid out perfectly. Our agent truly understood what we were looking for out of the trip and worked with me to make it a very memorable experience. The agent worked within my budget and understood what types of things we liked to do. We truly got to see various parts of the Italian culture that are part of our ancestry.

Italy Trip Review: Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Milan, Cooking Class, 13 Nights

Many thanks to our travel agents at Zicasso’s tour company. Our trip was as close to perfection as we could have possibly imagined. They put together a symphony of interweaving delights as they navigated our complex wishes to give us an experience of a lifetime.

Our itinerary was well thought out and we felt guided every step of the way, even though our only contact with our tour company (intentionally) was through the helpful individuals who appeared, like guardian angels, to escort us on to the next amazing venture.

Italy Tour Review: Amalfi Coast, Ischia, Winery, 10-Night Vacation

We had a really great trip to the Amalfi coast planned by the travel agency.  The planning and execution of all the details were superb.  The guides selected were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and provided insight of the locales that we would not have experienced without them.  All of our transportation was great and prompt.   I wholeheartedly recommend using them to plan your trip…they are great to work with.

The travel company was flexible with our planning and responsive to all inquiries.

Italy Vacation Review: Castiglione del Lago, Barolo, Siena, Turin, History, Shops

Overall, the trip was a great success. The places we visited were very enjoyable and interesting. The restaurants recommended that we were able to go to had good food. The wineries we visited were awesome since some of them don't ship to the US so we got to try wines we would never taste. The pace of the trip was good. The accommodations were good, but there were a few issues with one of the hotels in Turin and while the hotel was very nice in Florence, I wish we had stayed in a more centralized location.

Italy Anniversary Trip Review: One-Week Tour

Very helpful and communications were timely and accurate. The original plan was detailed and step by step daily plan was well planned.

The communication however between them and the actual sites in Italy was not always correct for us, that said each time we found the days filled with fun and adventures!
