Our trip to Italy was truly a trip of a lifetime. There was not one hiccup over the course of the 12 days we were there and each city felt like an entirely different trip! Our hotels were each perfect- from having a rooftop right in the heart of Florence, having a romantic stay in Venice, drinks at a chic and ornate hotel in sorrento and the perfect location in rome- we were truly blown away!! Also every excursion was perfectly mapped out for us- all our drivers were prompt and helpful and we just loved every part of this trip. It is so hard to be back to reality! We highly recommend working with this travel agent to help map out a perfect dream vacation!

I took a 10 day vacation and visited Venice, Verona, Milan, Florence, and Rome. The entire experience was simply amazing. Once in a life time. Me and my fiancé had the ultimate vacation experience. All of our tours were private with skip line in almost every occasion. The hotels were very nice and centrally located within walking distance to the main attractions. The train tickets and limo service to and from Venice were easy with no issues getting from city to city. The tour guides were on time and they even called my room when we were running late. I would give this Italy tour company the highest recommendation possible. The only down side to the trip is the price was high but the quality was definately worth it.

An absolute trip of a lifetime! Zicasso helped plan this trip in a short period of time and made it incredibly easy. We reached out to them for help when planning the vacation seemed overwhelming on our own. We spoke on the phone, and our travel agent got a feel for what type of personalities we have and how we envisioned traveling in Italy to be. From there, she placed us in the center of the action in luxurious rooms, with transfers to and from the airport and train stations all arranged. Each step of our 10 day vacation in Venice, Cinque Terra, and Florence was seamless. What could have been exhausting was relaxing and truly a vacation of a lifetime.

Our Italian vacation was the trip of a lifetime! We only had 10 days, including travel days, but felt like we hit the highlights of Rome, Florence, and Venice. Zicasso’s travel agent and her company were very easy to work with. The entire staff was friendly and helpful while assisting us in putting together an amazing itinerary.
We really appreciate that they made themselves available while we were in Italy. They checked in on us throughout our trip, making sure we were doing well, giving suggestions, and making reservations as needed.
Our travel agency did a fantastic job finding wonderful boutique hotels, with friendly, English-speaking staff. The hotels were within walking distance of most sites we saw.
Our guides were phenomenal, all English-speaking and easy to understand. Our Colosseum guide recommended a wonderful place for lunch following the tour, while our Vatican guide was funny, keeping us engrossed when there was a lot to see in little time. Our driver from Rome to Florence was informative and OK with us catching a nap on the drive. Our chef and teacher during the cooking class, one of our favorite activities, was fabulous. Our guide for the day in the Chianti region was knowledgeable and entertaining, and gave us a choice regarding filling the day. When we chose to go to another vineyard, he arranged for us to do a wine tasting at that of a friend. The family were beautiful people and new friends!
Another favorite guide was the woman in Murano and Burano. She was very knowledgeable about the area and even took us for a spritz and cicchetti! We met lovely Italians who have our heartfelt thanks for making this such a fabulous trip!
