This travel agent and the travel company team were out of this world! They crafted an amazing four-week adventure for us in New Zealand and Fiji. We started in Te Anau, NZ, where we focused on hiking and boating to both the Milford and Doubtful Sounds. We flew from Te Anau to the Nelson area at the top of the south island and fell in love with Mapua, located just 30 minutes from Nelson. We explored the Abel Tasman area extensively there. Next, we traveled (by plane again) to Russell, just across the way from Pahia and Kerikeri. It was a dream of a place, and we continued to hike, sail, and eat amazing food and drink delicious wines. Our accommodations couldn't have been better! Our travel company thought of everything! Last stop was Fiji - this their idea - make a stop in a super relaxing place on the way home back to Texas. The resort was out of a picture book - we had an extraordinary villa with our own plunge pool - the service, food, and staff were beyond amazing. We highly recommend this company - even when we had a travel snag, our agent answered his cell straight away and was on call to help us get to a solution. Can't say enough good things about him and his team!

As a primer, my wife and I planned this trip to celebrate our 5th year wedding anniversary. This travel agent and his team did an absolutely outstanding job in brainstorming, planning, and executing on delivering our trip! Our trip consisted of Sydney, Queenstown, Bleheim, Kaikoura, Nelson, Rotorua, Auckland, and Cook Islands.
Probably one of the best part of this experience was our travel agent's knowledge in the area and his ability to get to know my wife and me; out of all the other agencies we spoke to, he crafted a unique agenda that matched our likes/dislikes substantially better than any other. We both felt a connection to our travel company because they seemed to get us the most and didn't try to do the 'cookie cutter' Australia/New Zealand approach. As we went on our trip, more and more of his thought process and patience in helping us select the cities, means of travel, hiking, and excursions seemed perfect for us.
Once booked, our travel company was pretty good about getting us information and responding to us. We had a little bit of follow-up we had to do on our end, but ultimately, the agent provided everything they said they would and with high quality.
When we were abroad, everything went fairly smoothly. The only hiccup we had was when we first arrived in Sydney, the driver was not there and we were not sure how/where to find them. We had about a 30 min. wait before they arrived and were unable to get a hold of our Australia contact initially. However, it all worked out; they called to make sure we were OK and the driver was trying to figure out when our delayed flight was actually arriving. At the end of the day, if that's the only item to impact us, I'll take that all day!
We did have an excursion that was canceled in Rotorua, which were bummed about. But there's nothing the agent could really have done for us; and they quickly reimbursed us once we returned.
In closing out the trip, again, this company wanted to make sure we had a great time, were fantastic to work with, and really spend a lot of time getting to know you. They also found a few 'trip enhancers' that helped make it a more unique experience compared to what we could do on our own. The only reason I'm giving this agent a 4 instead of 5 is that two other agents we had previously worked with on special occasions (honeymoon, anniversary, birthday) to other destinations (Africa, Thailand) proactively reached out to lodging that we were at and made us feel 'extra special' for our special occasion with some amenity of sorts. To us, that truly is the extra mile, but this company was not too far off! Highly recommend working with them!!

Our agent did a great job of planning this road trip of a lifetime!
Drove from Auckland to Queenstown over a three-week period in late December to mid-January. Stayed a couple of nights at each place along the way, driving an average of three hours between stops. Very nice mix of lodges, B&Bs and hotels. And the excursions were super (jet boating, whale watching, trip to Milford Sound, glacier trip, train trip to the Southern Alps etc.)
Our agents were very responsive and helpful throughout the process, including making some last-minute changes. Highly recommended.

Our travel specialist and the agency did an excellent job from customer service, to creating suggestions, to follow through. I do not have one complaint about them!
The trip itself was unfortunate in that it rained 9 out of 11 days in New Zealand, causing 3 of our most looked forward to activities to cancel. (Fishing on the Rotorura River, Float plane returning from Milford Sound, Float plane looking over the valley of Rotorura.) We took a hike on the last day of our trip in Australia, and it was too cloudy and misty to take pictures.
We did see this vacation as one of our most expensive ever. The cost of living is very high for the residents, but our American Dollar had a good exchange rate.

A group of 14 of us, mostly weavers and ceramicists from Hawaii, just returned from a 15 day tour of the north and south islands of New Zealand. We had the most wonderful trip. I had asked our travel agency to recommend alot of art & museum focused stops on the journey which they did. Our hotel accommodations were stellar and when we stayed in Nelson for 4 days the accommodations had a kitchen and washer/dryer in each unit which was very thoughtful and useful as this was half way thru the trip and people really wanted to do laundry.
Our driver, who stayed with us the whole time, was informative & very pleasant. He went out of his way to drive us around looking for galleries and other out of the way places.
Our travel agency arranged for us to go to smaller wineries and glow worm caves where we had really personal experiences rather than being part of a big crowd. We had a private tour of Te Papa and learned so much. our travel agency made suggestions to break up the driving at some towns along the way such as Punakaiki which turned out to be one of the best places we experienced!
When I was working on email to set up the trip, they were always prompt with replies and very helpful with their replies and made alot of great suggestions. I highly recommend these travel professionals!
