Review: Luxury Africa Safari, Namibia & South Africa, Cape Town, Robben Island, Windhoek, Skeleton Coast, Kruger National Park

Our travel agent and the safari travel company arranged one of the very best trips my sister and I have ever taken.  The lodges in the Kruger Park they recommended were beyond comfortable and the daily animal drives provided us with more wildlife than we dreamed possible.  The staff and guides/trackers at Indube and Lukimbi were superior and provided us with a delightful stay.  Our Namibia portion of our holiday was a small group tour.  I can not praise them more.  We saw so much of beautiful Namibia---geology, desert sunsets (and sunrises aplenty, too!), animals, minerals, amazingly odd plants and lovely, friendly people.  We were spoiled from our arrival in Windhoek until we were returned to the airport for our flight to Cape Town.  Our agent company arranged four days of sightseeing and indulgence at a glorious hotel for us in CT, and we were very sad to leave.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this agent and this safari travel company.  5 STARS, A+++, Superior!

Travel Review: Africa Safari, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Cape Town, Franschhoek, Chobe National Park, Victoria Falls

From the first contact until home, our safari travel company was fantastic.  Every detail was exactly as described and I would highly recommend this agent and his team.  They did a wonderful job of combining different lodges for our safari experience plus organizing pre safari days in Cape Town and Franschhoek.  Every accommodation was chosen with care and thought for our enjoyment of the best vacation.  It was made even better because of the abundant wild life we saw in Botswana.  Memories to last forever.  Great job.

Review: Luxury Africa Safari Anniversary, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Cape Town, Pretoria, Franschhoek, Victoria Falls

We started making out travel plans about a year before actually taking the trip.  By chance, we came across Zicasso on the internet and decided to take a chance.  Zicasso put us in contact with this safari travel agent.  We can honestly say that every part of the planning went smoothly.  Our agent was reliable, prompt with responses and quite a pleasure to work with.

Our agent listened to our desires for the trip and definitely provided us with an experience of a lifetime.  We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip beyond comparison.  He provided us a trip blended with luxury, history, excitement and beauty.  Our tour through South Africa (Pretoria, the Rovos Rail, Cape Town, Fraanschhoek, Simbavati Lodge, and Victoria Falls) could not have been better.

Review: Luxury Africa Safari, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kruger, Cape Town & Garden Route, Victoria Falls

Overall the 62 day trip went without a hitch from transfers, in country flights, to lodges and car rentals. The travel team was on top of our schedule and communicated with us and vice versa as issues arose and insured that things were smooth. They were attentive to our overall needs and style of travel. They found lodges and attraction sites that really fit us and there was always other suggestions for us to consider.

The safaris selected in Namibia, Botswana and South Africa, the add on side trips such as sailing in Cape Town and the ride into the Fish River Canyon were fabulous. The lodges but for one were just perfect, comfortable and gave us easy access to the areas we were visiting. The balance between safaris and seeing real daily life in Namibia and South Africa was just great. They also provided us with maps, routes, attraction highlights to see along our routes and travel guides.

The only glitch was we gave to our travel team a piece of our luggage to transfer to our lodge in Cape Town from Johannesburg and they utilized a courier service and they did not "insure" the luggage and items in it for any value. The truck was hijacked and we were stuck with all of the follow ups with our insurance companies.

Review: Luxury Africa Retirement Safari, South Africa, Zambia, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, Zambezi River Rafting

My family was looking forward to a fabulous trip to celebrate my imminent retirement and my daughter's birthday - this safari travel planner certainly supplied us with what we wanted and needed.  Starting at Victoria Falls and a 3 night stay at a private island, then on to a day of rest in Johannesburg, 4 nights at a luxurious game lodge and 3 nights at the beautiful hotel in Capetown, our trip met and exceded all our expectations.

Africa Safari Review: Luxury Girls' Trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe & Zambia, Cape Town, Mala Mala Game Reserve, Victoria Falls

We had an AMAZING trip to South Africa to celebrate the milestone of turning 30!

This safari travel coordinator was definitely the right choice to plan our trip. We gave them a budget, a timeline, and a list of things we wanted to do on our trip and they made it happen. It was almost effortless for us as they took over planning every detail. We knew nothing about the areas that we were travelling to so it was very nice to have people that were knowledgeable that could set us up with the appropriate accommodations for the types of things we were hoping to do and see while we were there. In Cape Town we were right at the waterfront so we were walking distance to shops and restaurants. In Victoria Falls we were walking distance to the falls. We never had to worry about transportation getting to and from anywhere. Our "excursions" were all planned out in advance and we were picked up and dropped off right from our accommodations. The trip was so seamless that all we had to worry about was enjoying our time there.

Our contact made sure everything was ready to go prior to our departure and then checked in to make sure that we had arrived safely once we got to Cape Town. We were able to contact him throughout our trip and he was there to make sure that everything was running smoothly.

The anticipation built throughout the trip for the safari. We were got more and more excited as we told people we met along the way that we were going to Mala Mala. We had no idea what we were in for but people told us "Wow, those guys know what their doing" when we told people that our travel company had booked us there. It didn't disappoint when we arrived. We had an unbelievable experience at Mala Mala and I wish that everyone could have the same experience that we did. The staff was unbelievable, professional, knowledgeable, and all around nice people. It was sad having to leave after our 3 nights at the main camp.

When it was time to go home, our contacts from our travel company came and met us at the airport to check in on how the trip was and to get feedback on what they could do better and how the various accommodations were. It really showed that they cared about their company. It's always a bit of a question mark when you choose a company online from a different country to hand over significant amounts of money to. There is always that shadow of doubt in your mind, the what-ifs - those all disappeared as soon as we landed! We were all so impressed with the company's team and the trip that they planned for us. It was exactly what we wanted and they made it a reality for us. And on top of that, they were great people to sit down and chat with! They were the first ones to see some of our amazing photos from the trip and hear the excitement in our voices of how much fun we had while we were there. I'm hoping from our meeting that they realized how great of a trip we had because of them! Thanks again guys!

We have all been bragging to our friends, family and co-workers that they need to come and visit Africa. We specifically recommend using this safari travel company because of the wonderful experience we had with them....like really, who meets you at the airport before you leave just to get feedback! Such a great company! Like we all said, we wish that everyone was able to experience Africa the way that we did!
