Our Spain travel agency arranged a wonderful two week trip for us. We visited Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, and Cordoba. We loved all the tours and activities planned and the tour guides in each city was very knowledgable and spoke great English. Everything went smoothly with train rides and transfers. We also rented a car and drove in the white hilly towns in Andalucia and was given a wireless wifi router for using google maps on our phones. From the start our agent listened to what we wanted and also made great suggestions. We had a phone conversation and he was very flexible and accommodating. We also wanted to see Barca play and there was a game when we were there and he got us excellent seats to the game. There was an issue with our Barcelona hotel with them doing renovations on our floor and I mentioned it to him and he fixed the issue right away and upgraded our hotel room in Granada to apologize for it which was very nice of him. We also met him in Madrid for a drink.

Fantastic family trip - one of our best ever due to the impeccable planning and service provided by our agent and his team. Our trip started in Madrid and included day trips to Toledo, Segovia and LaGranja. We loved the boutique hotel which was our home base for those first days. Great location, elegant and unique. Our walking tour guides in each of these cities were fabulous - knowledgable and a pleasure to spend the day with. We ventured to Seville via high speed train for 2 days where the highlights were a biking tour of the city - such a fun way to see the sites and enjoy some exercise - and an evening "tapas tour" for dinner on our final night. We stayed in another gorgeous and unique property, located in a perfect area for lots of walking! The restaurants that our agent booked for us were outstanding! Our agent checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure that we were happy, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him for a pre-dinner cocktail one evening. How often does that happen? 5 star service!

This travel agency arranged a wonderful trip for my son and I through Lisbon, Sevilla, Corboda, Toledo and Madrid. I didn't have a lot of time to research and plan the trip, but they asked the right questions and arranged everything so that we would get a taste of the local area, food, customs and history, all through excellent tour guides and lists of other attractions and restaurants. Our agent was very responsive and concerned, checking in with us periodically, and taking immediate action when there was a problem at one hotel. I knew that someone had our best interests in mind throughout. I highly recommend this company to help arrange your trip. They will set your mind at ease and provide you with an experience full of amazing memories.

We had an amazing 6 weeks travelling to 13 places exploring Iberian food, architecture, people, culture and history. It was phenomenal, and it was made possible by the exceptional job done by this travel company and the knowledge and detail that this agent and his crew brought to the planning. Their value of deep in-country experience and pride was invaluable.
Our itinerary was: Lisbon, Porto, the Douro, Salamanca, Segovia, Madrid, Toledo (day trip), Seville, Granada, Nerja, San Sebastian, Salardu (Val D'Aran), and Barcelona. We consulted with this travel company to travel at the best season: when the south is not yet hot, and when the north is not still cold. We drove for three segments, had personal drivers for a few, took a train for two segments, and flew for the long segment. A detailed written description was provided for each locale, and for places to explore along our driving routes. We saw very historical and wonderful sites that tourists often do not visit. In each town, we were provided a personal local guide to orient us, and to provide us with a feel for customs of the place. Hotels were phenomenal. A lot of details for a long trip. And this travel company made impeccable plans that executed perfectly.
I am recommending this company to my friends seeking in country expertise for that... extra special experience.

We had an incredible trip to Spain – it certainly exceeded our expectations. At first we were hesitant to book a trip with an online company, but the trip was amazing. Our agent was very professional, and readily available to answer any questions we had while planning our trip. He asked us questions regarding our travel preferences and our personal interests, then delivered a perfect itinerary based on his knowledge and passion for Spain. We found his personal suggestions to be the most exhilarating of the trip – a visit to a vineyard in Sedella, driving from Seville to Nerja and visiting the whitewashed villages were some of the more memorable things that were suggested by our agent and which are not outlined in the average Spain travel book. Our final itinerary, tickets, maps, and restaurant suggestions were delivered to our hotel and were awaiting us upon arrival on our first day in Madrid. The presentation was extremely thorough and professional, and our agent was easily reachable via phone, email and text if we had any questions. Our hotels were situated in ideal locations for what we wanted to do in each region, and the service and staff at each of them was exceptional. The tour guides provided in each of the cities were incredibly experienced and brought history to life while telling us about the different buildings, architecture, and art of Spain. Our travel company delivered a wonderful trip for us that was the perfect balance between must-see attractions (Toledo, the Prado, Alcazar for example) and typical Spanish life away from the tourist areas.

Our travel agency delivered above and beyond what me and my family could have ever expected. They put together an amazing 12-day itinerary. We originally had requested 3 cities in Spain and Portugal (Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona) but our agent suggested adding Seville, which turned out to be one of the most beautiful cities and the perfect place to spend Christmas. Our agent set us up with the best restaurants and amazing tours. All of his guides were top notch and extremely personable. Our Christmas Eve dinner was amazing at our hotel in Seville but one of the highlights of our trip was ringing in the new year with dinner at a Michelin Star restaurant in Barcelona! If you ever plan a trip to Spain - I definitely recommend using this company!
