Our travel agency was very thorough and met our needs. They went above and beyond to communicate with us and were available any time assistance was required. The itinerary established for us showed our agent's attention to detail and that our desires were heard. We greatly appreciated him providing recommendations and insight where our knowledge was limited.
We would highly recommend this agent and his company to our friends who inquire of traveling to Spain. Knowing they were available to us 24/7 gave us a comfort and security that allowed us to relax and enjoy the coun
While we had a great time in Spain and were grateful that we utilized this agency for our guide, we do have the following recommendations:
1. While we understand accommodations at the hotel in Seville were a part of the cultural experience, the hotel smelled of mildew and was not ideal for us. If you desire to continue to recommend this venue for accommodations, then disclaimers should be made to your clients to inform them that this is a part of a cultural experience so that they can decide whether or not they desire to partake. We would have chosen different accommodations. In addition, providing us with more knowledge and information about driving conditions in the old cities would have better prepared us when renting a vehicle. We thought the free upgrade that was offered us was a blessing only to find that it made our navigation of Seville's streets a very stressful ride as I had to get out and direct my husband to back up the equivalence of 3 city blocks as we couldn't turn down one of the streets.
2. While we would rate the accomodations in Tarifa a step above those in Seville, we would again recommend that full disclosure be made to the client. We were a little uncomfortable as to the security of this location and might have chosen a different venue.

Our Spain travel agency arranged a wonderful two week trip for us. We visited Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, and Cordoba. We loved all the tours and activities planned and the tour guides in each city was very knowledgable and spoke great English. Everything went smoothly with train rides and transfers. We also rented a car and drove in the white hilly towns in Andalucia and was given a wireless wifi router for using google maps on our phones. From the start our agent listened to what we wanted and also made great suggestions. We had a phone conversation and he was very flexible and accommodating. We also wanted to see Barca play and there was a game when we were there and he got us excellent seats to the game. There was an issue with our Barcelona hotel with them doing renovations on our floor and I mentioned it to him and he fixed the issue right away and upgraded our hotel room in Granada to apologize for it which was very nice of him. We also met him in Madrid for a drink.
