We had a very good travel experience with Zicasso's tour company. Our travel agent was organized and responsive to our requests before the trip, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. We traveled as a couple and were delighted with the intimate and comfortable safari camp and the luxurious city and Diani Beach accommodations. Our guides in the cities and in the Maasai Mara National Reserve were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Our couple's trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar was truly amazing and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We went to Nairobi, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Zanzibar over two weeks.
Zicasso’s travel agency made it an easy and seamless experience. They communicated well, took care of us before we landed, and provided guidance on everything we needed, including what to pack.
After we landed, they met us at the airport, provided all transfers, and had their experienced drivers transport us around the country and take us on game drives. We loved our time with our guides in Kenya and Tanzania.
We were also able to visit a Maasai village and learn about their culture. It was wonderful to talk over campfires and learn about their experiences.
The service at every camp and hotel was exceptional, and whenever we had a question or issue, our agent was quickly available to triage.
We would, without hesitation, highly recommend a trip like this! Do it!
Our agent gave us the most magical trip and was able to keep it within our budget.

I just concluded a fabulous safari in Africa organized through Maurice at our travel agency. Working with them I was able to customize my trip based on my specific interests and make sure my time spent was very productive and entertaining. Although my itinerary had 3 locations in Kenya and Tanzania, the agency coordinated it very efficiently so there was no confusion or surprises. The pickups and drop-offs worked very smoothly. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable with exceptional camp accommodations that were strategically located for viewing animals, food and service. The tour guides were very experienced and had a nose for where the action is, whether I wanted to see the migration, spot a leopard or a pride of lions. The trip exceeded my expectations and I was able to witness everything I hoped to. Highly recommend this company for safaris in Africa
