Luxury Turkey Vacation Review: Pergamum, Ephesus, Aphrodisias, Pamukkale, Antalya, Cappadocia, History, 1-Week Trip
Bulent set up an excellent trip for our group to cover the major sites in Turkey. His choice of the guides he used were excellent for the sites. Our guide has a fantastic knowledge of ancient history of Pergamum, Ephesus, Aphrodisias, Pamukkale and Antalya. Another guide took over at Cappadocia and was also amazing with his in depth knowledge of all the sites and deep history of the happenings in this surreal area of Turkey. All our hotels were top quality and each having their unique charm that let us relax after very busy days of site seeing. Bulent took care of all our bookings and even sent us our boarding passes for our flights so we didn't have to bother. We missed the hot air balloons due to weather but Bulent bought our dinner wine as a nice gesture.  We will use him again when we return to see the sites we missed.

Luxury European Travel Review: Greece, Turkey, Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesis, Kusadashi, Mykonos, Fira

Well planned except I was not thrilled with the hotel in Istanbul. Also one more day would have been nice. The evening clerk was extremely arrogant

The last lunch in Kusadashi was not that great.

Loved the hotel in Capadoccia

In Mykonos, I would have prefered stayind in Oia instead of Fira

Travel Review: Customized Vacation to Turkey with Excellent, Knowledgeable Guides
I would use this Turkey travel agency again for future trips. Shebby gave us good advice on hotels and was able to meet our last minute requests for additional tours. We liked the Deja Vu hotel in Antalya. The hotel was located in the historic district; within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff gave us an early breakfast one morning when we requested it. The patio and pool areas were lovely and a needed respite from the intense heat. Air conditioning and wi-fi worked as well.

Travel Review: Turkey Tour, Istanbul, Ephesus, Izmir, Kusadasi, Pamukkale, Aphrodisias, Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Ride

We got back home a little after midnight Sunday morning, so I just wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know how everything went.

To sum it all up, the trip was awesome.  Everyone was waiting for us at the airports, and the transfers to and from the hotels were perfect.  The guide in Cappadocia was great as was the hotel.  The hot air balloon ride was amazing and we were so happy it was able to be moved back a day since we didnt get to Kale Konak until very late.

There was a little confusion at Enterprise with the GPS while renting the car in Izmir, but everything worked out.  Our agent called us right before we got to the hotel is Kusadasi to let us know they were having electrical issues and moving the guests to different hotels.  The replacement hotel was awesome, right on the sea with a balcony and a great view.  The guide that took us to Ephesus was great as well, and despite the heat we had a great day of tours.

Driving to Aphrodisias and Pamukkale was easy enough and both sites were beautiful.  Except for the hornets in Aphrodisias.  Yes, big hornets.  While walking through the main gate, not the entrance gate but one of the first ruins you get to (I forget the exact name) both my girlfriend and I were stung on the ankles by huge hornets.  We got away from them and were able to finish touring despite the pain, but we saw hornets in other areas of the site.  I'm not sure if you have heard of this before, but it may be worth mentioning to other people to watch out for.  Pamukkale was beautiful and we made it to the airport in Denizli with plenty of time to spare.

Istanbul was crazy.  Just so many people, it got overwhelming at times.  The driver had some trouble finding the apartment after picking us up from the airport, but we eventually made it.  The guide in Istanbul was......interesting.  He was nice enough, but it felt like we wasted a ton of time on the first day of touring.  We didn't get to the first site until a little after noon that Wednesday, and spent most of the morning walking around neighborhoods and stopping for tea or coffee.  It wasn't bad, but at one point my girlfriend asked if we were actually going to see something that day.  He also didn't think it was a good use of time to go eat lunch at Ciya.  I dont know enough to say whether he was right or wrong, but considering how much time it felt was wasted just walking around, it probably would not have hurt.  Anyway, he was a nice guide (eccentric but nice), but I wanted to give you an honest evaluation of everything.

Luxury Turkey Vacation Review: Cappadocia, Istanbul, Kusadasi, Ephesus, Mosques, Monuments, Bazaars

Our Turkey travel agents were wonderful organizers. Absolutely everything happened as it was planned. I had a query re a flight I had booked out of Istanbul at the end of our tour and our agent responded with the information I needed very quickly.  Terrific service I think.

Our three guides in Istanbul, Cappadocia and kusadasi were all different personalities and very knowledgable. We loved being with all of them.

our three hotels were very good, we particularly loved Serinn house in Cappadocia and LaVista in Kusadasi, both with amazing views.

we were very happy with our trip and would highly recommended this agency to anyone who wishes to travel to Turkey

Travel Review: Luxury Turkey Vacation, Istanbul, Kusadasi, Panukkale, Antalya, Cappadocia, Izmir, Ephesus, Aphodisias, Konya,...
The trip was great although abit too heavy on the history and the ruins. We would have enjoyed some more active experiences. Although all hotel rooms were immaculate, which we so appreciative of, they were abit too small for people who have more than one suitcase. A couple of rooms were very noisy and although the cave hotel was beautiful and spacious, we could hardly see anything as the lighting was so minimal. I had to go outside to put on my make-up and we needed flashlights to see our clothes in our luggage. At all hotels other than the one in Pumakale, the staff were all pleasant and accomodating. We were dissappointed in the dinners at the Cave Hotel in Cappadoccia as it took forever to bring our food, and one night they ran out of things including dessert. At the hotel in Antalya, the first night's dinner was wonderful, the second night was awful. They went all out the first night and the second night they gave us practically nothing other than a soup, bread and salad. the didn't even serve dessert or coffee. We would have preffered not to have all of our dinners included. We would have liked to try different restaurants rather than eating at the same place twice. Everything went very smoothly and timely except the day we left Cappadocia to return to Istanbul. GoKahn was not able to accompany us to the airport to help with the processing. We were very pleased with this Turkey travel company and would definately use them again, and recommend them to a friend.
