We just returned from an absolutely amazing trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and the Seychelles. It was more than we ever hoped for and we were thrilled from beginning to end.

For us, the trip was all about animals. We saw many of every type and in very different environments. The safari guides were knowledgeable, very capable, and fun to spend the days with. The guided trips were active, fulfilling, and unlike anything we have ever done before. The accommodations were spacious, clean, more luxurious than we were expecting, and each unique in its own way. The food was delicious and the service extremely friendly and enjoyable. It could not have been better.

The resort in the Seychelles was amongst the most picturesque in the world. The beach was exquisite and the suites were spacious and beautifully appointed. This type of beach getaway was what we were hoping for at the end of our active safari trip.

Our Zicasso travel partner guided us from the initial planning, through the preparations, and with follow-up shortly after our return. We had many questions and she responded to all of them, demonstrating her knowledge of the specifics of where we were going. She confidently and wisely steered us toward traveling in a less peak period to minimize crowds on the safari portion of our trip, chose stellar accommodations, and met with us a number of times, including several weeks before our departure. She diligently checked and rechecked our visas, health requirements, and paperwork, assuring we would have no hiccups. She chose a very sound operator on the ground for the safaris, one with whom we felt confident and who helped guide us throughout. She also followed up with us after our return for honest feedback on all aspects, which no other agent has done before.

Overall, we were very happy with our trip due to our travel agent and her team's knowledge and attentiveness. We would gladly recommend her and will consider using her again when we venture to Africa.

This was the trip of a lifetime.  We had a fantastic time.  All the accommodations lived up to our expectations, everything was just like the pictures we had seen on the internet.  We had lovely food, met interesting people and saw so much from the Apartheid Museum in Johannesburg and the wildlife in Botswana to the beach where Tom Hanks filmed Castaway in the Seychelles.

Everyone we dealt with at this travel agency was helpful and pleasant.  The trip was well organized and everything went to plan.  It was reassuring to know a member of our agency was available 24 hours a day while we were travelling.

My husband and I were very nervous about planning our honeymoon to begin with as there are so many travel companies out there - our travel company did a phenomal job!! We could not be happier with our level of customer service and attention to every little detail. South Africa is one of the most beautiful interesting places we have been too and we will 100% go back. We squeezed in Seychelles as well and I wish we had more time for it all. From the views, food, wine, safari and just hanging out on the Cape Town waterfront it was magical and just the perfect blend of relaxation and action. You will not be disappointed!! 

We spent one month travelling around Africa and thanks to  our safari travel company everything was amazing and organized perfectly. Our honey moon was amazing. We didn't have to think about anything and we haven't any problems there in terms of transfers or stay.

The boutique hotel in Cape Town was perfect and the staff very professional as well as the guide who took us around the city for 4 days.

The lodges we went were all amazing even if in Ongava Lodge and Savute Safari Lodge we hadn't a room with a great view (it was the only thing we can object). The lodges were clean and comfortable and they all offered high quality food. After the safari was very nice to spent time there.  The staff in to the lodges were extremly professional and welcoming. The guides for the safaris had a high expertice and were very frindly.

Regarding our last week in Seychelles, we honestly have to say that, even if we were in the first hotel of all the islands there, the room were old and without a great view. We had a problem with the hotel as we arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't already ready and after many hours of flight we codn't rest and take a shawer in our room. They offerend us a public room to change and take a shower and forget us for many hours there; but after the first day at the beach (the beaches in to the hotel were amazing and one of them is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Seychelles) we forgot this inconvenience. 

We strongly reccomend this company as we had one of the best experience of our life thanks to them.

In summary, this Africa travel agency was very responsive and worked with us on finding hotels. In hindsight, they did not have as much information about the island as would have been useful though (picking certain hotel locations). We also experienced a mis-quote for pricing. 

In detail, we went to the Seychelles for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Our travel agent was not totally familiar with the location but had contacts there to build a trip. They originally offered a low cost option for the trip which included a stay on 2 islands. When we informed them we wanted to spend a little more and visit an additional island, they reworked the itinerary. 

Based on the feedback they received regarding the islands, it was recommended we only stay on 2 islands. We had read otherwise and that is why we wanted the third islands which turned out to be the best of the islands. More familiarity with the location would have been helpful in selecting hotel locations. The first hotel was very secluded and that was the only food option but dinner was not very good. The second hotel was an awesome recommendation but was also near a town in which we could venture for more food options. The third hotel (our choice to stay here) was also secluded with limited food options but we picked this one. 

Once the itinerary was set which included a quote, we initiated the payment phase. The agency realized they had made a mistake and said the price was going to be higher than they had originally quoted but said they would eat some of the additional costs. Either way it still was $700 over the quote.
