Everything, I literally mean everything, was accounted for by Zicasso's travel agents. We relied upon them to recommend when to travel and where to stay. The places they helped us choose were places we likely would never have stumbled across on our own and whose accommodations and staff we will never forget. The guides were not only extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, they were also people you looked forward to spending all day with. I cannot emphasize enough that our trip to Kenya and the Seychelles was made great by the people at the excellent places we stayed.
As for transfers, five stars. Our agents thought of everything. We were met at airports, guided through immigration, and shuttled to accommodations seamlessly. While this sounds like something one could do on one’s own, the fact that you have to give it zero thought is priceless.
Use Zicasso’s agents. You won't regret it and your trip will be excellent because of it.

Our trip exceeded every expectation! We were surprised every step of the way, from someone meeting us at the airport gate and taking us through customs to the tours, safari, food, and coordination. There were absolutely no hitches, hiccups, or missteps!!!
My only regret was not listening to the Zicasso trip planner and going to two camps.
