General Feedback
Positives:
Our agent was prompt and courteous.
We had a great driver, courteous, prompt, flexible, having a private driver was really a treat and made the overall trip more enjoyable.
All 3 guides in Lucerne, Geneva Zurich were on time, passionate about their home cities and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed the Max Chocolatier activity, especially the story behind Max. Our instructor was passionate about her role at Max’s. This was fun.
We loved the gondola and cable car and boat ride at Mt. Pilatus.
Hotels
We suggest removing the hotel in Grindelwald and St. Moritz from your rotation, for various reasons.
We realize the a/c issues were addressed to you during our initial stay, but we think it’s worth noting again. A trip of this magnitude, based on the investment, we expected a/c in all hotels. At a minimum, you should inform your US guests ahead of time of any hotels that you are offering that don’t have a/c.
No a/c which in both cases presented a problem because even though the mountain air may have been crisp and cool, leaving the windows open in both cases presented extreme noise from outside at 3:00 am with other travelers screaming and yelling.
Our group liked the location of the hotel in Grindelwald since it was a great location, the restaurant was fabulous and the overall vibe was great. It was an easy walk to the gondola for the First Mountain.
The St. Moritz hotel was sub-par in general. While you can see with the marble staircase that it once was a hotel with grandeur, it no longer presents itself in that manner and the rooms are old and tired.
Other Activities
The suggestion of visiting Murren village fell short for some of us and there was little to no activity there.
The wine tasting was nothing like what anyone thought, it was too commercial. Most were under the impression we were going to a vineyard. This was basically a wine store. The time spent here could have been used in a better fashion.
There was no mention that the Olympic Museum was right down the street from our hotel in Lausanne. We learned this right before our visit and some were interested. The limited hours we were in Lausanne did not allow for a visit.
While we enjoyed the cheese fondue-making class, you may not have been aware that the Edelweiss hotel that hosted this event was under major construction and the restaurant where the activity took place was closing the very next day for renovations. In hindsight, we regretted staying for the dinner portion and would have preferred to complete the fondue portion and head back to Lausanne to enjoy the beautiful hotel Angleterre & Residence hotel surroundings. The dinner meal served was mediocre at best.
We were disappointed that the last two days allowed for no shopping. Since we arrived in St. Moritz at around 5:00 pm Saturday, all stores were closed. Sunday while in Zurich, we learned that all shops were closed.
We realized the train stop was St. Moritz, but some thought we could do without that stop. The lack of shopping and things to do was a killer.
We suggest you communicate with future guests about the airport process in Zurich. We arrived at our gate about 20 minutes before boarding and were surprised by the long lines for passport control and then the tram ride to our E gates. Having a better understanding of the potential time involved with each of these steps would have alleviated some concerns.

Our trip was truly a trip of a lifetime. We absolutely loved our time in each location.
Paris: We adored our guide and were slightly sad when we didn't get to see her one day. Our guide on Notre Dame was wonderful but for our group may have been a little too in depth. She likely would appeal best to people who loves architecture and older couples. The history of couture was so much more than that. The shop our guide took us to was a craftman or creators dream. My dad and husband couldn't get enough of the shop and the things they showed us. This was everyone's FAVORITE thing we did all trip.
Switzerland: Lucerne was just amazing and actually everyone's favorite location. Our guide to was GREAT. Pilatus was amazing, the cog train was so interesting! Overall we loved seeing Grindewald, but were underwhelmed with their activities on the mountain. We ended up forgoing the long waits at the activities and just eating lunch at the top and looking at the views. Our trip to Berne and guide were great, it was a quick overview of the city which was great after our morning trip. After our amazing time in Lucerne we were underwhelmed with Lusanne. Everything was great there, but overall Lucerne was just better to us. The wine tasting was super fun for everyone!
Monte Carlo: Overall Monte Carlo was our least "liked" location. The hotel was a great hotel, but after staying at these amazing boutique hotels all week we missed the boutique feeling. Our guide that took us to explore the area was really incredible. We went to a perfume factory and WOW was it cool!

This travel company planned an excellent trip for our party of four to Lucerne, Mürren, and Montreux, Switzerland, and then a finale to Lake Como and Milan. We can’t say enough about the accommodations that were chosen for us. Stunning water and Mountain views. Locations were excellent.
We were given excellent guidance for tipping, packing, and all things travel. Dev and her team were available at all times to guide us through any unexpected or uncomfortable situation. Some favorite excursions were a charming visit to a family owned winery in Montreux for a tasting including fondue in a stone cottage with a wood fire. Also the cruise on Lake Como in a beautiful wood boat with a glass of wine. Stunning.Truly a trip of a lifetime!
