Poland Trip Review: Wroclaw, Wadowice, Salt Mines, Krakow, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Czestochowa, Warsaw, 8-Day Trip

We had a very good pre-trip dynamic with Zicasso's tour agency: positive, constructive, genuine, and open. Very responsive. Very good teamwork. Very efficient.

After the experience, you could tell they truly listened to how we like to travel in terms of everything: pacing, hotels, guides, activities, and quality of local providers.

They know the area and also hold a good/solid network of providers in the area.

There was an "open line of communication with them the whole time through a simple solution (WhatsApp chat).

Their recommendations and reservations were totally on target (food). The guides were very professional. We wanted to take advantage of every day and they made us go to bed really tired (which is a good thing).

I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. From the beginning, their team asked thoughtful and in-depth questions to really learn about the things we would like to do, while giving their honest opinion on any idea we had. All of their third-party travel partners, who assisted us along the way in each location, were also amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their next trip, as we plan to use them for all future travel. Thank you!

Austria, Switzerland, France, Liechtenstein Trip Review: Salzburg, Vienna, Mount Pilatus, Lausanne, Bern, Geneva, Aix-en-Provence

The Zicasso travel company did a great job designing a trip that matched our interests. Our agent was available throughout the process and I had a teleconference with him a week before departure to address final questions.

During the trip, we had daily communication with his team via WhatsApp, with updates (eg, names of drivers, etc.) and best wishes. Their execution of the travel plan was flawless, with all drivers and rail travel handled. The guides in each city were extremely knowledgeable and interacted with us with care. Their travel app provided a very, very detailed description of each day of the trip, and all event and railway tickets, etc, were attached. The prepaid lunches and dinners were at great restaurants.
