Zicasso’s travel company planned the trip just as we hoped. It was truly a magical trip with the historical sights and cultural elements that changed with the landscape. It was a hard trip to organize since we wanted to see so many different sights and the distances made it challenging, but it was meticulously planned with a private driver who drove us from place to place. I can’t give enough thanks to everyone who made this dream experience come true. Our driver was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. All our guides were knowledgeable and enhanced the experience further. The trip was long, but very seamlessly organized.

For nearly 50 years, my mom has dreamed about attending the Salzburg Music Festival, and Zicasso’s travel company helped make it happen.

I started working with our agent about six months before the trip began to allow us time to prioritize securing tickets for the festival (very hard to do), then built the activities in Italy and Germany around that. Communicating with our agent once on the phone and then via email was very easy and the program turnarounds happened quickly, reflecting our adjustments. We finalized a two-week trip through Milan, Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Munich, with day trips to surrounding areas. It was fantastic!

On the trip, our personal guide went above and beyond in terms of driving, helping to attend to logistics, and working through oddball travel delays (not on our doing), all with a fantastically positive attitude. I would certainly recommend our guide!

We had an outstanding adventure! This was our third Zicasso trip – a complex, two-week vacation with six people, ourselves, adult children and their significant others across Germany and Austria. We had many standard (wine tasting, castle touring) and non-standard (canyoning, via ferratas) requests, and Zicasso’s travel company did an amazing job of connecting us with incredible tour guides.

The key for me, and what really helps me come back to Zicasso again and again, is "connecting the dots". Our travel company perfectly set up all of our logistics and travel arrangements. On one occasion, things were not quite perfect and they quickly remedied the issue. In addition, they quickly received our feedback during the trip and gave suggestions and/or alternative plans. The adventure was amazing!

Before contacting Zicasso, we had specific cities/sights we wanted to visit in central Europe. After contacting Zicasso, our travel agent was referred to us. During our initial conversation, he listened very carefully to what we had in mind, asked questions, and offered suggestions. He always responded timely to my texts/emails. Together, we created a 30-day itinerary visiting Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Český Krumlov, and Prague, which included several day trips to other cities/towns in the areas.

The accommodations in each location were comfortable, perfectly located, and had the amenities we specifically requested.

The guides arranged by our agent for all our private tours were very good. It was also nice that he was available by text/phone call throughout the entire trip.

This trip through the Basque region had everything: beautiful beaches, lush scenery, history, delicious food, outdoor activities, knowledgeable and friendly guides, wine culture, local flavor, and unique experiences (running with the bulls and a bullfight). Every hotel was very comfortable (even iconic in some instances) and well-located. We experienced great service from the drivers and all the people we encountered. There is not a thing I would change. Our travel agent simply nailed exactly what we wanted. Our local support person was attentive and responsive, and made changes along the way to enhance the trip.

I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. From the beginning, their team asked thoughtful and in-depth questions to really learn about the things we would like to do, while giving their honest opinion on any idea we had. All of their third-party travel partners, who assisted us along the way in each location, were also amazing. We were extremely happy with this trip. Everything happened as and when it was supposed to. We had multiple drivers providing multiple transfers, and everyone showed up as expected and on time. We had mostly great guides and enjoyed our planned excursions. Both the US-based trip planner and the local contact in Italy were extremely helpful and promptly responded to any questions.
