This was one of the top three vacations of my life, and I've been lucky enough to go on many holidays over my 65 years. From the hotels we stayed at to the food at the resorts and the people at the resorts and in public, everything was perfect.
We had a little snafu at the beginning when our flight was canceled and we ended up leaving 24 hours later, but that had nothing to do with the Zicasso travel company, and after one quick phone call, the itinerary was adjusted to our new day and time of arrival.
Drivers met us at hotels and airports when they were supposed to, hotel rooms were available and ready when they should have been, and our organized trips went off like a dream. A helicopter tour of one of the islands was canceled due to the airport being closed and we received a refund within days of our return.
The resorts in Bora Bora and Taha'a were particularly nice; great choices!!

Our Zicasso agent was amazing! From the beginning to the very end, she helped me plan the perfect honeymoon, whether it was finding where to go, finding the flights, and finding the best activities. She has experience and knows what she is talking about, so when she makes a recommendation, 9/10 you should listen. She recommended great restaurants and activities, and was able to provide transfers wherever I needed to go. My wife and I felt safe and comfortable when traveling the streets of Mo’orea and Tahiti.
Overall, our travel agency was great and our agent was amazing to work with. We missed our first flight and she helped me find a new one. I highly recommend working with them for any travel experience. You will not regret it! I will definitely be planning my next adventure with her.

Marie Lys at the travel agency worked with my husband and me to put together the perfect trip to Tahiti. We have been dreaming about a trip to Tahiti for many years and were finally ready to go. Marie Lys was very helpful in talking with us about our interests and specific activities we wanted to include. She proposed a great itinerary which we adjusted a bit with her assistance. Marie worked closely with us during the planning phase of the trip but also was in touch with us during the trip. She checked in multiple times in regarding how the trip was going and clarified certain connections to be sure everything went smoothly. I also had quick access to her via WhatsApp which was reassuring should I need her assistance. The trip went off without a hitch, including ferry and plane travel to several islands. The various lodging options we visited were great and the excursions were top notch. We would definitely use this travel company again in future travels.

Our trip. like so many others I'm sure, had been postponed due to Covid. After a year of planning for our first trip scheduled for April 2020, we were finally able to take our trip in September of 2022. We were fortunate to have nearly the identical itinerary as the original trip due in no small part to the efforts of Kate from the travel company. I really enjoyed working with Kate. Even though she's in New Zealand and I'm in the US, there was never any problem keeping in touch. She has an easy-going style that I really appreciated, she's knowledgeable and thorough and she was patient with me! We were blown away by all the details that had been handled for us from private transportation from hotels and airports, to the unique hotels we stayed in and the tours that were booked for us. We loved every minute of it and were well taken care of. Covid added many challenges but Kate seemed to take it in stride and just kept moving forward. I would highly recommend Kate and her travel company.
