Zicasso's travel consultant organized an amazing trip to Argentina for me and my two grandchildren. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want to leave! The guides and drivers were all very professional and knowledgeable. The travel consultant was readily available for questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

Our trip to Argentina ended three weeks ago and we are still thinking about it.
This was our third family trip (parents, adult children, and grandchildren), and nothing is better than being altogether, seeing, doing, and learning fun and interesting things.
Although we are familiar with Argentina, we needed someone to plan this trip (mainly because of our grandchildren 14 and 12) so that all activities will appeal to all generations. We also needed a local expert for help with logistics and getting all of us from place to place, reservations and ticketing, and being there for any problem that we may have encountered (we had one and they solved it quickly).
Our trip lasted twelve days, and we went to Buenos Aires, Califate, and Iguazu.
I generally do not send reviews, but I want to thank this travel company and our trip planner for their efforts in planning and executing a great trip.
Planning an individualized tour in a country that one does not know an agent is risky. I found this company through Zicasso. I did my best to investigate them and felt satisfied that I made the right choice. Now that my trip is over, and after my dealings with them, I want to say I was extremely happy and would recommend this travel planner and this travel company to anyone wanting to go to Argentina.

Our travel agent put together a wonderful itinerary for our adventuresome family of 5, including kayaking and fly fishing in the Bariloche region of Argentina, glacier trekking outside El Calafate, and a very special trip to Estancia Cristina where we enjoyed horseback riding and hiking. Stunningly beautiful scenery! Our trip ended in Buenos Aires where the only thing to complain about was the record breaking heat. All in all, a great vacation packed with many memories.

We had the most incredible family trip to Argentina, planned by the travel planner and others at the travel team. We only had 9 days, including our travel from the US, and the travel team was able to provide a wonderful, varied itinerary for us. We had a great 1/2 day city tour of Buenos Aires, along with suggestions from the travel team on other things we might see and do. In Iguazu Falls, we enjoyed our hotel in the jungle and our guided tour of the Falls, including the “great adventure” where we were soaked by the Falls! In Patagonia, our family will never forget the minitrekking excursion where we got to experience a 90 minute walk on the Perito Moreno Glacier, and the ranch experience on the following day as well. Honestly, my favorite trip ever - getting to see these two amazing natural wonders and experience the beautiful city of Buenos Aires as well. Worth every minute we spent on airplanes, and every penny we spent. Thanks to the travel team for the suggestions and for planning this wonderful vacation for our family. Every tour and transfer was on time and as planned. We’ll never forget it.

I don't think we got the best agent for what could've been an amazing family trip. We traveled with our children (9yrs & 13yrs old) throughout Argentina over the past Xmas holiday season - Buenos Aires-Ushuaia-Calafate-Bariloche-Iguazu-Buenos Aires. I have a keen interest in travel and hotels and knew pretty much what I wanted from this trip but thought I would engage this travel agency through Zucasso to help with the itinerary. They seemed to be engaged in the planning process but once on location, things didn't run as smooth / didn't make a lot of sense. A lot of the local experiences were not well thought out or the local suppliers were not great which was a tax on our high expectations for a fun family trip in Argentina moreover that for the price, we had pretty high expectations. Our schedule was fairly busy - 5 locations and 6 domestic flights and our travel agency was supposed to book the best local excursions suitable for a family and arrange transfers. We were somewhat disappointed that a lot of the trips weren't what we wanted - e.g. we had a day out to Ushuaia steppes it's a boat trip to the penguin island but turned out the trip we were on couldn't land on the island as the company wasn't licensed - instead we were booked on a 3hr trek through a rough marshland and terrain hardly suitable for children. Also, in Calafate, we were booked on a completely unessential trip to the Upsala glacier (which we couldn't see close anyway) involving 3hrs crowded ferryboat trip each way to estancia Cristina (where there isn't much to see/do) while it was perfectly fine to just do the one day trip to the Perito Moreno glacier which is a great day out with fantastic view and easy transfer. Finally, at Iguazu falls, we staid on the Brazillian side (at a great place) but for some bizarre reason, our travel agency thought it was a good idea to put us on a day trip to the Argentinian side involving two border crossings (as a bonus our driver got stopped by the police due to irregular documentation and we had to get a random taxi after an hour in the heat) - while it was perfectly fine to stay the two days at the hotel we stayed at and see the falls from there which actually had the best views! Luckily, parts of our trip went well as we were well looked after at the hotels in Buenos Aires and Bariloche - great properties with professional service. Nevertheless, we never felt like we get much out of our travel agent and at times it felt the opposite. It's disappointing as the company's manager seemed like a nice man who knows his stuff professionally. Maybe he wasn't engaged or his people responsible for our itinerary didn't deliver but it just didn't work for us. I am not sure what kind of standards Zicasso requires from its partners but I feel a bit conned to have chosen this agent in a market with so much competition and choice.
