The South Pacific is colored with stunning turquoise ocean and rainbow coral reefs. Hibiscus flowers imitate the lavish reds of the coral reefs when they blossom in the forest trees. You arrive at the Nadi International Airport where your private transfer is waiting to meet you. An elegant combination of scents, from sugar cane to hibiscus and coconut, sweeps across the island.
You travel to the Coral Coast where your resort is situated near the town of Sigatoka. Sugar cane rises out of the fertile landscape of an encompassing prairie with a background of undulating mountains. At the center of town, a produce market bustles with fresh vegetables grown on the surrounding farmland and fruit picked straight from the trees. Palm trees dance in the light breeze. Our trip to Hamilton Island and the Whitsundays with Zicasso was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, our travel planner made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the planning stage. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and tailored the itinerary perfectly to our interests. His recommendations were spot-on, from the beautiful accommodations on Hamilton Island to the amazing boat tours around the Whitsundays. Every detail was handled with care, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and exploring Whitehaven Beach were unforgettable highlights, and it was clear our agent’s expertise ensured we had the best possible experience. We are so grateful for his attention to detail and support. We highly recommend Zicasso and our agent to anyone planning a trip to the Whitsundays!

Zicasso's travel agency put together a fantastic itinerary for our trip to NZ and Australia. We asked for an “active” vacation, and they gave it to us! Our trip was filled with great adventures that we will remember forever. They did a great job of listening to what we wanted and making it happen.
Our itinerary in NZ was incredible. They really know both islands and all of the cool things to do there. We did some things that weren’t “mainstream” activities but they were really awesome and we’re glad we did them (most notable was the glow worm adventure – super cool!).
The Australia part of our trip wasn’t quite as good. We LOVED the lodge in the rainforest and Sydney (especially the Harbor Bridge Climb). But we went to Hamilton Island and it rained the entire time. The locals told us that February is the rainy season and it wasn’t a surprise to them that it was raining. It seems to us that the agency should have been aware of that and not sent us there at that time.
Overall it was a great trip. Our agent was very responsive to us during out trip when we had questions. She worked hard to make our experience a great one.

From day one, I knew this was the company for me. Zicasso's travel expert was fantastic at communicating with me and making sure I stayed in my budget while getting the perfect vacation. Every detail was planned beautifully, so I felt like I was on a first-rate vacation. He provided very detailed instructions for transportation, hotels, food, and tours. I cannot rave enough about each of the tour providers he connected us with because each was outstanding.
Our main purpose for traveling was to dive in the reef and this experience exceeded our expectations because the tour was so organized. We also did an Australian safari, which was really off the beaten track and gave us a unique look at the biodiversity in the area that we could not have had with any other tour.
This company set us up for a perfect trip and one thing that was very evident was that our travel expert and staff do their homework! They know the companies they set you up with for tours and they know them because they have experienced them firsthand. I am so glad I picked the travel company for this trip and I can't wait to use them again!

We had a beautiful trip to three island resorts in Fiji. All transportation between islands went perfectly. All three resorts were stellar.

I really thought the Zicasso travel partner was fabulous and so thorough and easy to use. I would rate it the best travel app. It had my itinerary down to the minute detail, info on how to contact various people if there were any questions, and was so easy to navigate. I would rate my trip to Australia my favorite so far. I recently went to Japan through a different travel agent and was able to compare the difference. Our travel team was so much better!
My husband and I went to Australia to drop off my daughter, who was doing an exchange study in Sydney. We started in Melbourne and had a full-day tour to Phillip Island, with a moonlit animal sanctuary and penguins. I would recommend the penguins. I saw thousands of penguins. What an experience! I did not like the sanctuary part. Tickets were sold out for the koala petting and there were not very many animals to see. I have heard there are other sanctuaries/zoos in other parts of Australia that are much better.
The Melbourne food tour was fantastic! Our tour guide did a wonderful job of explaining Melbourne's history with the food. We flew to Cairns, to Port Douglas, and had two excursions: a boat ride with snorkeling in the Great Reef Barrier and a Daintree safari. The full-day cruise with snorkeling was wonderful, with so much food! The Daintree tour was a bit long and could have been condensed into half the time. I probably would not recommend that tour.
Finally, we went to Sydney to drop off my daughter. We did the bridge walk, which was fantastic. Each person was so well protected and the safety checks were top-notch!
Our trip went without any problems and our drivers were well-coordinated and on schedule. I would use this company for future trips to Australia. I plan to visit New Zealand and would use them again.

Thanks to the amazing, perfectly planned Australia and New Zealand vacation itinerary provided by Zicasso's travel agency, and specifically the travel agent and her wonderful colleagues, this was the perfect vacation. We were well taken care of and flights were planned within the countries, with someone always greeting us at the next stop to move us through to our next adventure.
We were always busy and saw the most wonderful things... a sunset dinner cruise on Sydney harbor, the march of the penguins at Phillip Island (she arranged for us to have a front-row seat!), snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, and touring the rainforest with an Aboriginal guide was very interesting! She arranged for many tours and activities, like a jet boat ride up the Dart River, a helicopter ride onto a glacier, and a TranzAlpine train ride in New Zealand. We also had a first-time-ever encounter with a pod of orca while on a boat tour in New Zealand. The whole trip was an unforgettable experience!
We wished we had taken the travel agent's advice and stayed longer. There was so much to see. We packed a lot into our four short weeks thanks to them. We highly recommend using them to plan your Australia and New Zealand itinerary.
