While my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of Tahiti, I regret to say that our experience with Zicasso's travel agent did not meet our expectations. We entrusted her with planning our 10-day vacation for a group of six, including four young adults in their 20s and early 30s, and unfortunately, several issues impacted our trip.
Of the ten days we were in Tahiti, only two excursions were arranged by our agent. Prior to departure, she sent us a finalized itinerary, and based on that schedule, we booked additional activities for the open days. However, on the second day of our trip, she informed us we had missed an excursion in Moorea. I referenced the itinerary she had provided, which listed that excursion for the following day. She claimed that the schedule had changed, and I was looking at an outdated version, despite never receiving an update or notification. She then placed the blame on airport staff for not informing us of the change—something that should have been her responsibility.
Additionally, the selection of one of the hotels for four nights did not align with the preferences we discussed. While the island and hotel are beautiful, the location was extremely isolated and better suited for honeymooners or older couples. The concierge offered little support in finding local activities, and we were disappointed to miss Easter Sunday services, which we had hoped to attend but received no assistance arranging.
Another major concern was the lodging setup. Our agent booked three rooms, each with a king and a single bed. This configuration was excessive for our group, as we could have comfortably managed with two rooms. This was an unnecessary expense, especially given the already significant cost of the trip.
Due to these issues—lack of communication, poor alignment with our group’s interests, and inefficient planning—I would not recommend her services, nor would I book with this travel agency again.

Thanks to our travel agent, we were treated extra special everywhere we went. Every tour operator and hotel knew we were on our honeymoon and did a little something romantic just for us. It was either flower petals on the beds, and nice picture spot together, or a candle lit picnic.
New Zealand Airlines gave great service and great comfortable plane.
The Sofitel, in Auckland, was a brand new hotel and very nice and comfortable with big rooms and amazing views and close to all the action
The tour in Auckland was also cool.
Queenstown was one of my favorite places. Small town with amazing views. The bed and breakfast hotel was very Chic. The owners were very sweet people. The jet boat tour and kayaking were really fun and got some amazing pictures. The best part of queenstown was the helicopter tour. Not only did it fly us around all the mountains and Milford Sound, but it even landed at the top of a glacier and I took some of the best pictures there. I have attached one of those pictures.
Port douglas was also great, the weather and beaches made me feel like I was back in Miami. We couldn't get into the beaches because they were full of jellyfish, Snorkeling in the great barrier reef was also spectacular. The hot air balloon was also spectacular, we were able to see kangaroos during the ride which was very cool
Melbourne was big city living. I think we were in one of the nicest hotels in the area. Casino, a mall, food court and everything was part of our hotel in the Crown Promenade. The eco tour here was really cool, we were basically hunting for kangaroos and koalas out in the wild which was fun. We were kinda sad that we didn't get any up close encounters with them, but that all changed during the eco tour in Sydney. My wife is in love with penguins, so the trip we took to phillip island to watch the penguins coming in from the ocean was her favorite part.
Then came Sydney, everything here was super expensive. During the week of new years all the restaurant and all the hotels hike up there prices by 50%. We did not want to go to want of the free vantage points to get a good view of the fireworks, because people start camping out there at 9 am and to get in and out of there is a mission. So we paid $600 just to get standing room from the Opera House, so we had one of the best views in the city. WOW, what an amazing display of fireworks. We had a blast. The bridge climb the next day was an fun experience as well. My wife is terrified of heights, but I was proud of her she was able to do it. They did not allow camera up there which was sad, but still super fun. We also went to a small zoo where you were able to feed and pet the kangaroos and koalas and other animals.
It was a crazy 20 days, we were beat up from all the plane rides and shuttles, and carrying around 28 days worth of luggage, kayaking, walking up hills and mountains and stairs. We needed a vacation from the vacation, so thats why I booked our last five day in Bora Bora. I have never stayed at a St Regis, so i am unsure if they are all like that, but wow, what personal service and attention. They picked us up in a boat at the airport, when the boat docked at the hotel there was a team of 15 people waiting just for us. They took all of our bags, gave us a cold wet rag to clean our hands and the sweat off our face, gave us some juice. They checked me in in the boat ride so we didn't even have to check in.
Thanks to you when we got into the room there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us and flower petals all over the bed in a heart shape. They gave us the further bungalow from the island which was nice. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with holes in the floors with glass so you can see down into the water. Private are patio area in the back we we can sunbath however we wanted with no one to see. I also did. A butler was always a phone call away. They brought our bags to the room, they unpacked for us, and they packed our bags for us when we left. Whenever we wanted to go from our room to another part of the huge property, they would come pick us up on a golf cart. They also had bikes we can use around the property at no additional costs. they had kayaks, sailboats, paddle boats, water bicycles, snorkeling gear, all of that for no extra charge which was fun. They have there own private lagoon that has nets at one end so no sharks get in. So my wife actually did some snorkeling here. The resort had four different restaurants. I also did some diving in bora bora which was also incredible. of course everything was super expensive but so worth it.
So again, thank you for all your help, we both had a blast. I am sure to keep you in mind for our next big journey

My husband and I had the most magical, flawless, and breathtaking three week honeymoon thanks to the extraordinary team at this travel company who planned an incredible journey based on all of our requests. The trip was seamless, smooth, and granted all of our desires for the types of experiences that we wished to have in Australia, New Zealand, and Bora-Bora. The company provided excellent customer service and communication along the way, and made planning the trip an enjoyable process in the midst of everything else we had going on with our wedding, condo move, holidays, and much more.

Our honeymoon in Moorea, Tahaa, and Bora Bora was fantastic. Working with our agent was extremely easy as she was very accommodating through the entire planning process. Even during our trip when we had a few question and wanted to extend our stay our agent was super responsive and helpful.

This South Pacific travel agency planned our 3 week honeymoon in New Zealand, Australia, and Bora Bora. What a trip! Lindsay was our agent who worked with us non stop before we left to make sure we had all the activities we wanted planned in our itinerary. All of our transportation and activities were setup flawlessly! We had one of our flights cancelled due to weather, so our travel agency cancelled our next day activity and got us signed up for a new one within 20 minutes! It was so nice being on a trip without having to worry about a thing. Highly recommended!

We worked with these travel agents and they both provided exceptional service! We were very stressed coming out of our wedding, and the help they provided was exactly what we needed to have a great and smooth honeymoon. We already had some idea what trip we were looking for, and they provided the direct and honest feedback of things that might need to change to make our trip happen as we envisioned.
The trip was great, having time split between the fast paced cities and exotic wildlife of Australia, and the relaxation of Bora Bora. We scuba dived the great barrier reef, watched the penguins up close, ate amazing food in Melbourne, and played 75 games of Gin Rummy in the perfect weather on the white sandy beaches of Tahiti.
Communication was great as they were always available on Skype or email, which especially helped planning a trip in a tight time frame, and they were a pleasure to work with. It was also great they helped us from the beginning to end, and didn't have a separate sales team that then passes you off. The only recommendation we would provide is for trips as special (and expensive) as this, we have had other travel agents leave special gifts and a message in the first hotel room, such as a bottle of wine or nice fruit basket to start the trip.
