England Vacation Review: London, History, 8-Night Trip
The initial interaction with this travel company to obtain the preliminary quote and travel itinerary with tour description was easy and timely. We booked a trip in early February to occur in April to London and Paris. Unfortunately, the France government made several changes to the retirement process which then caused major turmoil (riots, fires, protests) in Paris. In mid March we requested through our travel agent a change of venue from Paris to Amsterdam to avoid any potential issues with travel and safety. Even though we requested this change 30 day prior to travel and we were willing to pay any cost difference, the travel company would not accommodate any changes. Their explanation is that they had already booked the accommodations and travel tours. I have traveled all my life and have found most hotels allow cancellation with this much advanced notice. I was not willing to expose myself or my wife to any potential safety issues and thus canceled the Paris portion of our trip as at loss of over $6000 dollars.Another issue was the London accommodations. We requested and paid for a four (4) star hotels and upon arrival we discovered the hotel was a three (3) star at best and they even acknowledged this fact. We contract the travel agency's emergency number and we informed there had been a mistake. We were then moved to another hotel which was only a slight improvement in accommodation.

Germany, England, France, Netherlands Tour Review: London, Paris, Amsterdam, 18 Nights

The communication during the trip was excellent and all of the drivers and guides arrived on time. We loved the London hotel and the Paris hotel; both excellent. The Amsterdam stop was a different story. If we were going to do this trip again, we would not return to Amsterdam, except for maybe a day trip. This environment was not family friendly and the hotel (although the staff were very nice and the breakfasts were excellent) was not a good fit for us. Overall, a really fun trip. Thank you!

Luxury Netherlands & France Honeymoon Travel Review: Amsterdam, Paris, Museums, Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Champs-Élysées
We worked with Sara from this travel company for our honeymoon trip to Amsterdam and to Paris. Although it was a honeymoon trip, coming from the U.S. we obviously wanted to make the most of our time in these beautiful cities. Sara put together the perfect trip for us. We saw all of the must visits in these cities through privately guided tours both at various museums and walks/tours/food tours through the cities. All of our guides were impressive in their knowledge of the tours they provided for us, and were great about answering the many questions we had. And our schedule still allowed us our own time to further explore or to take a break when needed which was very helpful. Our hotels in both locations were amazing. The locations couldn't have been any better, after staying in both cities we agreed we couldn't have picked a nicer/more central area to stay in both in Amsterdam and Paris, and both hotels had amazing customer service. Finally, on our last day we found out our flight home was delayed by 13 hours. Despite it being a Saturday, Sara was readily available and worked with us to make sure we had transportation from the hotel to the airport despite our departure time changing literally four times. We truly had an amazing, once in a lifetime trip thanks to Sara and our travel agency. Also we very much appreciated the bottle of wine from Sara which was waiting for us in our room when we arrived in Amsterdam. It was an incredible trip!

Review: Luxury European Trip, England, France, Netherlands, Paris, London, Amsterdam

I normally don't bother writing reviews,  but in this case I decided to.   We planned a vacation visiting 3 cities in Europe.  I understand issues happen , for instance one of our transfer misunderstood the time are we were scheduled to be picked up 1 hour later than our arrival.  I called,  they arrived in 30 minutes.  The wait didn't bother me at all, mistakes happen.

But, what upset me on this trip was things were changed after we had already arrived in Europe.  For instance,  we were originally told we would stay in 1 of 2 hotels in Amsterdam during the planning phase of our trip.  Once we paid we were told we were staying in a particular hotel.   We were in France before Amsterdam, and while we were there we were told the hotel was full and we were staying in another hotel ( neither of the two we were original told ) .   This is around 60 days after we had paid for our trip.  The hotel wasn't a total dump, but it didn't compare to the hotel we were supposed to be staying in.  I did pass the other hotel and stepped in.   After 2 days, we moved to the hotel next door ( which I paid for at my owe cost ).

Another issue was we were scheduled to be on a train from Paris to Amsterdam ( first class ).  We were told after we paid that no trains could get us to Amsterdam in time before our first tour.   A car was going to take all 6 of us and our luggage to Amsterdam from Paris.   I can say from experience a car is a lot less expensive and not nearly as enjoyable for such a journey.  Well I'm no expert ,  that is why I hired a travel agent.   After about 5 minutes on the web, I found a train.  I forwarded to the travel agent, and very quickly I was sent train tickets which is what I originally purchased.

There were a few other little things,  but I don't mind things going wrong.   I just don't like paying for 1 thing and then getting something else.   I'm being nice giving 3 stars,  but I did enjoy Europe.

Luxury Mother/Daughter Travel Review: London, England & Paris, France, Walking Tour, Evening 2CV Car Tour

Cindie from the travel agency planned a marvelous trip to London, England, and Paris, France, for my daughter and me. She found the perfect hotels for us and booked the most amazing tours, with expert guides.

Our walking tour in London with our guide was a highlight for us. We felt like we had spent the day with a very knowledgeable friend.

In Paris, the highlight was most certainly our evening tour in the iconic 2CV car. We truly felt like celebrities driving through the streets of Paris. Our guide had chosen the perfect French music to play during our tour and planned our arrival at the Tour Eiffel perfectly so that we would arrive in front of it on the hour as the sparkling lights were turned on.
