England, France & Italy Trip Review: London, Paris & Rome, Tours of Historical Sites, Wine Tasting & Local Cuisine
Being our first trip to Europe, we chose Zicasso to assist with the planning.  As a result, we were connected with our trip planner at this travel company.  Our planner was intimately knowledgable about the three cities we wanted to visit including London, Paris, and Rome.  I spoke with our trip planner about our hopes for an adventurous, low stress trip and he delivered.  He also seamlessly added my 3 children to the trip who met us while in Paris for the Paris/Rome part of the trip.In London, we had private tours of the city with Englishmen guides who were absolutely awesome.  Such an excellent experience spending the days in London with Englishmen who love their city.In Paris, the private tour guide, our whole family loved him.  Our guide to the Eiffel Tower we loved her as well, assisting us bypass all the lines on the way in.  Both guides were very knowledgable about the city and sites. Finally, our family of 5 spent 3 days for private tours of Rome with our guide.  He was absolutely awesome guiding us thru the Vatican City, Colosseum and Forum, in addition to neighboring areas including Castel Gandolfo.  Our guide is a sommelier and we had two separate wine tastings including superb meals.  One of the wine tastings was in the countryside at a quaint vineyard including excellent meal, wines and even a short serenade by the vineyard owners.  We feel very comfortable with all three cities now and really appreciated the planner's organization of the trip.  All transfers were by Mercedes vehicles with very friendly drivers, one of which gave us a nice introduction to Rome.  Our planner was very responsive to me throughout the trip and accommodated every one of my special requests.  We were very satisfied with the service of Zicasso and this travel company.

Luxury Italy Vacation Review: Verona, Vicenza, Milan, Padua, La Scala Opera, Paolo Veronese Exhibition

Here is  a  feedback provided to the travel agency who arranged the trip:

"Well as far as going to normal life… it is hard at least for me. Had a  wonderful time an  no matter what you say you guys in Italy have much less hectic lifestyle at least when looked from outside. It was our 4th trip to Italy but first one to the northern part (been just in Venice 2 years ago) and we are definitely coming back – need more time in  Verona, Vicenza and first and foremost in  Padua- we fell in love with this city. The entire tour was organized well – personally we do not like to sit and relax so we went to La Scala for Maria Agresta concert ( I am an opera buff and Sabina finally starts to love it too), and enjoyed immensely exhibition of Paolo Veronese in Verona – it is once in the lifetime possibility to see so many pieces of art of the same artist at the same place- especially wonderful is to follow an artist throughout his life through  his works! Your suggestion in terms of renting a car was excellent. We were offered by another Italian agency similar itinerary but mode of transport suggested was a train – good thing we did not book with them as there would be a lot of wasted time for transfers not to mention a pain of getting from the train station to the hotels etc.Guides were very good- personally I enjoyed our guide in Padova the best as being an history of art specialist she was in excellent position to talk about it. We also loved our guide in Vicenza – very knowledgeable and  fun person to be around. Our guide in Verona had lots of class and it was real pleasure  to listen to her English! Our guide in Milan was very competent  - I remember this particular tour least ( jet lag).  I  believe that the tours could be easily extended to 4 hours with a break for coffee and gelato! But again it is our personal preference – we are just always on the move and try to absorb as much as possible on the first visit- if we love the place we come back to get it to know more, and this is what we definitely plan to do with these 3 cities!I also believe that in the future you can suggest to your potential clients events worth while attending while on the tour ( i.e. like Veronese exhibition)- most people here in the States are rather lazy and too laid back to do the research on their own. And we are all in need of becoming more culture oriented in US.Hotels were great- I would be too cheap to book them on my own( after all you just sleep  and have breakfast in them) but they made my wife very happy! And if she is happy so am I!!!Pictures – well might be a problem- my camera’s autofocus died on arrival to Milan so had to take the pics the old way with manual focusing so let’s see …

A.. Almost forgot-In Milan there was virtually no chance to see Last Supper so either you could let future clients know to book it ahead of time or make it a part of a tour ( but it  would be difficult given walking distance).

Best wishes and Regards,

Piotr"

France & Italy Couple's Tour Review, Paris, Florence & Rome, Seine River Dinner Cruise, Historical Sites
Our trip planner, at this tour company built a custom agenda for my husband and my dream 9-day trip to Paris France, Florence and Rome Italy,  My husband has knee problems and is trying to avoid recommended knee replacements, so we were concerned about keeping up with a group tour.  The agenda was perfect!  The custom private tours at each city were interesting and informative.  The guides that our trip planner selected for us were friendly, professional and attuned to our pace and needs.  This tour company and our guides scheduled the tours at optimal times when the crowds were lower and the skip the line and special guided access we received meant that we did not have to wait at all in lines for access to these crowded and popular sites such as the Louvre and Versailles in Paris or the Vatican in Rome.   The ancient city tours were very interesting and again, at our pace.  The guides and drivers all went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience. The package provided to us was most comprehensive and had every smallest bit of information that we would need.  Every little detail of our trip went as smooth as silk and we felt like we were indeed in very capable, professional and caring hands.Thank you for fulfilling our dreams and making this a fabulous memory.

France, Italy Travel Review: Paris, Bordeaux, Florence, Rome, History, Museums, Wine Tasting

We had an absolutely stellar trip to Paris, Bordeaux, Florence, and Rome. The logistics were smooth and well planned. The documentation provided to us was thorough and helpful. All of our tours were amazing and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and thorough.

The Zicasso team was very helpful during the planning process and gave lots of recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit. We would highly recommend this travel group and will look into using them again for future trips.

Italy Trip Review: 2-Week Tour
This was undoubtably the best tour group I have ever worked with! The itinerary was great... gave adequate time to full "see the sights". Zicasso was flexible in arranging special tours when asked. The tour guides were very personable and professional... they were respectful of the mobility issues of a couple of our members. The accommodations were unexpectedly plush and so centrally located to the "action". The "between city" transportation was also wonderful. Having our own "tour specialist" to help with unexpected needs and requests was also good. The balance between "planned time" and "free time" was also good. Can't say enough good things ... great value!

Travel Review: Tour of Spain, France & Italy, Barcelona, Paris, Venice, Rome, Food, Culture, Adventure, Romance

European tour of Barcelona, Paris, Venice and Rome. Our travel specialist at this travel agency promised us a wonderful trip and did they deliver. From the tours to the special touches at the hotels everything went great and with out any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use there company again for any future trips nor recommend them to friends or family. If I had any critique it would be just a little bit more attention to small details in the itinerary as if I hadn't noticed a couple of things it could have been an issue. But they were very quick to rectify the issue promptly and with no hassle. Much appreciated. Thank you Zicasso for connecting me with a great travel specialist.
