Words alone cannot explain how happy and appreciative I am with the quality of planning and the level of service we received from Zicasso’s travel agent. She knows Italy! She knew the best locations, providers, and excursions. Not once in 13 days did our group of five encounter a single issue. I can only attribute this to the travel agent's attention to detail and her appreciation for the people who are visiting her amazing country. Thank you for an amazing itinerary. We are already starting to talk about our next journey to the southern region. Talk soon!

Zicasso's travel expert did a fantastic job in arranging the trip to Italy with my family. Please note that the travelers included an 18-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 10-month-old!
She selected the right guides, the right hotel locations and the right drivers to take us from one city to another. Not a small feat!
