Nairobi symbolizes Kenya’s appeal. This is a big, bustling capital that also has a huge national park at its heart. Elephants and giraffes will wander before apartment blocks and roads. From the initial email contact and telephone conversation with the Zicasso travel agent, we could sense we were in good hands. He was very responsive to our ideas about a trip to Africa and his vast knowledge of the continent was immediately evident. Based on the information provided he quickly turned around a proposed itinerary for a trip to Kenya. Ultimately, we decided on safaris in Amboseli, Lewa, and Maasai Mara. Each location was beautiful in its own unique way. The accommodations were more than comfortable and the food was excellent. The Kenyan people were beyond friendly and the wildlife viewing was amazing.
In addition, we got some sense of the local cultures and were very pleased to learn that a portion of the revenue generated by our stays in each location went to the local conservation efforts.
The logistics of the trip were seamless, starting with our arrival in Nairobi very late on a Monday night, through to our return to the Nairobi airport on the evening of our departure.
The team at the travel agency handled all of the details and enabled our family to truly experience the trip of a lifetime. We would recommend this travel agency without reservation.

Our Africa safari travel agency did a great job for us arranging our first trip to Kenya. The pace and logistics were perfect for us. We saw thousands of animals, including the big five (even three of the elusive leopard), thousands of wildebeests, a couple of crossings. We spent time alone with the Maasai in one of their villages. We made many new friends. Another plus was the fact that each camp became progressively nicer, though all had their advantages. We were sad to leave the last camp in Naboisho and our guide.
We have many cherished memories and experiences thanks to our travel agent.

Hi,
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation with this travel agency.
Ø safari itinerary: Our travel manager worked with us in getting the right itinerary based on our preferences , schedule and budget. He worked out the sequence of the visits which made the best experience in terms of safari's and beach holiday. All the places recommended for stay - Camps and lodges @ national parks and the final beach destination in Mombasa was top class . Very good places , superior service , good food and great value for money.
Ø local transport logistics, airport transfers, domestic flights - All the arrangements right from the time we stepped out of Nairobi airport until we were dropped back at the end of our holiday were smooth and like clock work. Our tour guide was the highlight of the trip .The vehicles , taxi drivers , Safari cruisers etc were well orchestrated and managed . Our travel manager ensured we were kept up to date on all the events .Communication was excellent . We were completely aware of our daily schedule throughout the duration
Ø safari experience: The exclusive land cruiser provided to us for game drives was the highlight . Our tour guide has been doing this for more than 15 years and knows the layout of the national parks so well that he ensured we saw the big 5 in close quarters and all the other species of birds and animals we wanted to see. The picnic lunches on the game drives in the Reserves were moments we will not forget.
Special Mention about our tour guide. He was excellent in terms of his knowledge, taking care of our comfort, anticipating our needs, planning and managing successful game drive days - simply super . Will always recommend him as the "Go To" tour guide for safari.

This was definitely a "bucket list" trip for us and this Africa safari travel company made it absolutely wonderful. The company was easy to work with and very patient considering our trip was almost last minute. Our guides took great care of us after we landed in Nairobi and for the next 2 weeks through 3 national parks and 1 conservancy. They were all excellent drivers and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, people and ecology of the areas.
