My wife and I had a fantastic three-week trip to Sri Lanka in December 2018 and January 2019. This tour company provided us with an itinerary that allowed for a diversity of experiences, giving us an excellent snapshot of the culture, people, food, and natural landscape of Sri Lanka, a country that has something to offer all travelers.
We enjoyed the historical sites in the Cultural Triangle, the wildlife in Gal Oya National Park, hiking in Knuckles Mountain, relaxing in Tea Trails, and walking on the beach in Habaraduwa. Kudos to this tour company for catering to our travel interests. Both the company and the country did not disappoint!

We had an absolutely fabulous trip to India and Sri Lanka.
Planning with the travel representative was a pleasure. She was extremely responsive and understood what we wanted to do and see.
It was also wonderful to have travel agents who are in charge of our trip both in India and Sri Lanka that we could call if we had any questions or concerns. There were a few small issues that were readily corrected.
The travel agents in both Sri Lanka and India called us frequently to check in and see how we were doing. I could not have asked for more.
We had multiple fascinating experiences that I might not have planned on my own.
We loved the pontoon plane ride, the Safari, the visit to Madurai, the stay at the coffee plantation, in Coorg and the meal with a lovely, lovely woman and her daughter in Pondicherry.
The hotels in Hyderabad, Candy, Pondicherry, Coorg and the resort in Tangalle were very special. The places were beautiful and the service wonderful!

My husband and I used this travel agency to book a two week trip to India and a ten day trip to Sri Lanka. Our agent and the travel company were very easy to work with and helped me craft the perfect trip for our likings. We stayed in wonderful hotels, all very clean with nice amenities. The guides were excellent, timely, friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers were equally friendly and always on time. Driving in Asia is crazy and we always felt safe with our drivers and vehicles. The travel company kept in touch throughout the trip to make sure we didn't have any difficulties along the way. We had several in country flights and the luggage allowance is limited. We had an extra bag which the travel company arranged to store for us. This was immensely helpful! We would definitely use this agency again for future Indian travels.

The trip to Sri Lanka was successful and we feel we received satisfactory value for our time and costs. Not impressed by the travel company however. Seems most of the itinerary was farmed out to another more local travel agency with somewhat loose or poor communication between the travel company and the local tour company. Some parts of the itinerary we received contained cut-and-paste text that was seasonally incorrect. Fortunately our guide adjusted our itinerary on the fly and some potential disappointments were avoided. But overall we enjoyed our trip a great deal and were happy with our guides, most of the hotel arrangements, and what we saw and did. However, compared to a Zicasso-curated agency that prepared a trip a year or so back to southern Africa, this agency only gets a passing grade. We felt our travel agency's effort was minimal and spotty even though it all turned out fine in the end.
