Hi! Zicasso's travel planner organized everything perfectly. He was very helpful and patient as we planned the itinerary with him. He had great suggestions and the trip could not have gone better. Zicasso checked in with us daily and sent reminders, etc. We felt very taken care of. Any questions during the trip were answered very promptly.

All of the excursions were wonderful. Our guide and the boat around Capri was our favorite. He was a wonderful guide. The cooking class in Sorrento was the best, with wonderful hosts. We had a blast. The guides for Pompeii, the Vatican, and the Colosseum were super.

All of the hotels were perfect regarding location, amenities, staff, food, and rooms. We were upgraded twice.

We would highly recommend Zicasso to our friends (already have). We couldn‘t have asked for a more professional group.

Wow, Zicasso's tour operator made our trip a dream! We were three friends celebrating a milestone birthday and it was our first time in Italy. We had no idea where to start in the planning process, but the tour operator guided us every step of the way and created the perfect itinerary.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged—boutique hotels, knowledgeable private drivers, and authentic local experiences. We visited Venice, Florence, Sorrento, and Naples, with memorable day trips, including a private tour of Pompeii (a must!), food tours, and wine tastings at a castle and at the foot of a volcano.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced, with one planned activity a day and time to explore on our own. You know the plan is perfect when you never have to reach out once for more information—everything just flowed.

Zicasso's travel planner and her company gave me one of the most phenomenal vacations I have ever had. This trip can be labelled as the trip of a lifetime. She had every detail completed.

Our flights, our transfers, and our ferry tickets were waiting for us at the hotel front desk on every island. We had incredible tours set up, with the most incredible tour guides. We laughed, drank, ate, and celebrated in the most decadent locations in Naxos, Santorini, Crete, and Athens.

We encountered only one hiccup and she was on it within minutes of receiving my email. She stood by her word and solved my issue with professionalism and expedited the correction. Zicasso’s travel specialist was a fantastic travel advisor. This tour operator helped us plan our perfect Italian vacation by listening to our desires, from wanting boutique hotels with a view to private tours. They secured transportation from Sorrento to Florence to Rome.

Our driver to the winery was exceptional. He went above and beyond to find a quaint restaurant that served my favorite meal: white-truffle pasta. We also had an amazing guide in Pompeii. He was very informative and even surprised us with his beautiful singing voice in the amphitheater inside Pompeii. This trip was magical. We could not have asked for a better organized, non-stress trip.

Our trip to Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Lake Como, and Milan was exceptionally well planned and executed by Zicasso's tour operator.

The transportation from one location to another was efficient, even when challenged by the high tides in Venice. Overall, the hotels selected were very good. The one in Montalcino was exceptional. Every guide was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated their willingness to be flexible. Our driver for the ride to Como and back to Milan was personable and exceptional as well.

We really enjoyed the truffle hunting experience, the first wine tasting in Montepulciano, where we met the entire charming family, the cooking class in Bellagio with a chef who treated us like family, and the boat rides on Lake Como and to the islands in the lagoon of Venice. All of the dinner reservations were spot-on and when there was a slight misunderstanding regarding our wine tasting in Bellagio, where the staff at the hotel in Bellagio had no idea what had been arranged by our agency, this was quickly resolved by our guide through texts and emails with the agency.

The only aspect of the trip that could have been improved was day eight, when our activities, travel time, and late dinner reservation resulted in a late-night drive back to the villa. The hotel in Milan was difficult to find at first due to its location not being visible from the street. Once we found it and settled in, it was in an excellent location for our sightseeing. The gifts of sparkling wine at two of our stops was thoughtful and appreciated.

We thank our agent and the staff at the agency for a wonderful trip and would not hesitate to recommend the firm to our friends and family.

Zicasso’s travel company was awesome. Our agent did a great job planning our trip experiences. The execution of all the private drivers and excursions was perfect. The trip planner tool was great to use, as we referenced it every day. The hotels, in-region airlines, and ferry reservations and tickets were all perfectly planned and delivered. Our many scheduled drivers were all on time and courteous. Our drivers were great drivers and scholars. They provided awesome restaurant and pub recommendations. 

We absolutely loved Santorini and the two excursions on that island. Both definitely exceeded our expectations. Our only excursion not rated five stars was the Jeep tour on Mykonos. Four of us were crammed into a closed, small Jeep and driven around the island with only a few stops. We were not taken to a top spot we heard about, which was the windmills and little Venice.  We rate that excursion zero stars for those reasons. 

All four trip participants agreed this was one of their best-ever vacations. We highly recommend this travel company for a great Greek vacation!
