I had a really wonderful experience visiting South America ( Brazil and Argentina ) .
Zicasso company made sure that they directed me to the right person, the travel specialist by who made my trip unforgettable. Starting with my interests and what I was looking for in this trip was achieved as I was expected and beyond my expectations. I spend few days in Rio in which I got to see all the highlights then I went to Iguazú falls, the place with such a strong positive energy ! That was followed by Buenos Aires, in which I had to experience Tango ! Moving to the end of the world ( Ushuaia ) such an amazing place ! And ending with El Calafate, the lavender flowers everywhere, the breathtaking Glacier view, and the farm experience with the horse riding in the mountains..
I would highly recommend dealing with Zicasso and this tour company. The are honest, decent and they really worked hard to reach my needs and goals before, during and until the end of my trip .

We just returned from a fabulous trip to Argentina which was booked with Zicasso and a local travel partner. Everything went perfectly! We had a little over 2 weeks time and wanted to see as many areas as possible. Our travel planner from this tour company planned everything perfectly!
Two planners from this tour company met us at the hotel in Buenos Aires and went thru the final itinerary details with us including going over the map of Buenos Aires and suggesting areas to visit. The detailed planning enabled us to maximize our time visiting Iguazu Falls, seeing the beatiful lakes and mountains around Bariloche, experiencing El Calafate and the amazing Glacier National Park including the Perito Moreno and Upsala glaciers, finally arriving at Ushuaia on Tierra del Fuego for a memorable cruise on the Beagle Chanel where we saw penguins, sea lions, whales and the lighthouse at the end of the world.
We also had 2 days in Buenos Aires at the beginning and end of the trip. The tour of Buenos Aires was perfect in every way helping us make the most of every minute. Every tour guide and driver was knowledgeable and a delight! The tango lesson and show started a fascination with tango. When we returned to Buenos Aires, we went to several Milongas to experience real life tango!
We are dreaming of returning to Argentina!

My Argentina travel agency was very specific and very up to point with regards to the itinerary. Everything they placed within my itinerary was the exact description of the things I'd do and places I'd go. They are always available, and they are very attuned to the needs of their clients. I had the great opportunity of spending my vacation in Argentina and thanks to them it was by far my most memorable trip.
Now for specifics:
I would like to thank my drivers and my guides for the awesome tours I had in Buenos Aires, Iguazu, El Calafate, Bariloche, and in Ushuaia.
All of my hotels were very unique but all were great. I'd have to say my Bariloche stay was the easiest because I'm used to hotel services like that of this hotel.
The hotel in Buenos Aires is quaint but very accessible to the city.
My hotel in Iguazu I had a little bit of difficulty. The staff are not as engaging, and I felt like they try not to interact with me as much because I do not speak a minim of Spanish. The wifi was great, but I had to get out of my room to get some, as the wifi was only available in the lobby. It was also quite a ways to some establishments.
The hotel in El Calafate was just lovely. I felt like I was home. Breakfast was on point, the staff are very accommodating, and the area is just the right distance to main street and Lago Argentina.
My villa in Bariloche offered the most accommodations, with spas, pools, and restaurants. My room was big, and both the staff and breakfast were awesome.
My hotel in Ushuaia was also lovely. A far ways from the main street but it makes up for it for service.

My wife and I just returned from a 13 day argentina tour to Buenos Aires, calafate, Iguazú and Mendoza and we are so sad it’s over. This travel agent's team were exquisite hosts. We had 4 different destinations and at each location we were greeted by members of the team with our name on a sign. Our bilingual guides in Buenos Aires, calafate, Iguazú and Mendoza were all extremely friendly ran through the itinerary upon pick up at the airport and were always on time for all excursion pick ups. They each have their personal recommendations for places to eat in the relevant towns and we must say they were all excellent choices.
Our accommodations were all conveniently located and of high quality especially the hotel in calafate. The view of the bay and the morning breakfast deserves special mention.
All of our tours, Buenos Aires city tour- excellent and set the mood for our days at leisure knowing exactly what to do, Perito Moreno, two Iguazú tours (Argentina and Brazil side of the falls) and Mendoza three wine tours were all excellent and we wouldn’t have changed any of it.
The only factor I would change would be our flight time from calafate to Iguazú. We left calafate at 2pm and arrived in Iguazú around 10pm leaving little option for dinner. It may have been better to leave earlier in the morning to facilitate an earlier arrival in Iguazú.
