Our Argentina trip was really fantastic! It's such a large country that it was hard to narrow down a few places to visit for our short time there. We decided on Buenos Aires, Salta Province, and Iguazú Falls (with a day trip to Uruguay).
Zicasso’s travel company was very easy to work with, being very open and accommodating to our ideas for the itinerary. They managed everything—booking hotels, car service, daily guides and tours, wineries, some restaurants, and our in-country flights. They were great in finding perfect guides to help us navigate where we went and offer lots of good historical information. The travel company was super-communicative, checking in with us almost daily and keeping track of our driver pick-ups and in-country flights.
I think the highlight for me was the Salta Province—it's such a remote area, but with the most beautiful and diverse scenery. The travel company found for us a fantastic driver/guide who did all the driving on some treacherous terrain, translated all our communication, and found some charming places to eat while on the road. He also was very thoughtful in downloading a playlist with music we had talked about liking and put together a short video of our travels as a keepsake. There were some fabulous wineries in the Salta region, so we felt like we experienced a large part of the province.
We also visited Iguazú Falls, which were spectacular from Argentina and Brazil. The travel company made it easy in booking us accommodations inside the national park so we could get an early start on our tour. Our guide there was also wonderful—she shared a lot of interesting information of the area and even told us about a restaurant back in Buenos Aires which we visited, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip.
I would highly recommend the travel company, which can plan a great trip from soup to nuts. The women we worked with were delightful to deal with and so welcoming and helpful.

My husband and I travel often. However, this was the first time visiting Argentina and it was amazing, thanks to Zicasso's travel specialist! We visited Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Calafate, Bariloche, and Iguazú. Our agent planned the perfect combination of active experiences with downtime to enjoy the Patagonian views. The hotels he chose were some of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in.
Every detail was executed perfectly. All the pick-ups, excursions, and hotel check-ins were timely. The one time we had an issue with our connecting flight to Iguazú Falls, our agent immediately responded and rebooked us on a later flight. He also ensured our luggage was on the new flight. Not having to worry when things don’t go as planned is priceless.
I would defiantly use our agent and would recommend him to anyone looking to visit Argentina. He planned a beautiful trip based on our individual preferences and executed it flawlessly!

My wife and I recently embarked on a breathtaking journey through South America, visiting Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazú Falls in Argentina, and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. We entrusted Zicasso's tour agency with planning our trip and it turned out to be one of the best travel decisions we've ever made.
From the very beginning, the team at the tour company was attentive and responsive, taking the time to understand our preferences and interests. They crafted a personalized itinerary that perfectly balanced adventure, relaxation, and cultural exploration.
Buenos Aires: Our adventure began in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. The agency arranged for a knowledgeable local guide who took us through the historic neighborhoods, tango shows, and culinary delights. The accommodations were centrally located, allowing us to explore the city with ease.
Mendoza: Next, we traveled to Mendoza, where we were immersed in the world of wine. The tour agency organized exclusive vineyard tours and tastings, providing us with a unique insight into the region's winemaking traditions. The picturesque landscapes and charming boutique hotel made our stay unforgettable.
Iguazú Falls: The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the awe-inspiring Iguazú Falls. The agency ensured we had the best vantage points and arranged for a thrilling boat ride that brought us up close to the cascading waters. Their attention to detail and seamless logistics made this experience truly magical.
Rio de Janeiro: Our journey concluded in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro. The travel company curated a perfect blend of iconic sights like Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain, along with hidden gems that showcased the city's unique culture. The beachfront hotel provided stunning views and a relaxing end to our adventure.
Throughout the trip, the tour company was always available to assist with any questions or adjustments, ensuring a stress-free experience. Their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every aspect of our journey.
We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking a well-organized and memorable travel experience. We look forward to planning our next adventure with them!

Zicasso’s travel specialist created a special, never-to-be-forgotten adventure in Argentina. As a 70-something-year-old woman who loves nature, wine, fine food, the arts, and meeting interesting people, the travel specialist provided all of that and more.
We had personal drivers and guides who introduced us to the history and culture of Argentina. We had lunch and dinners at Michelin- and five-star-rated restaurants, as well as stays in unusual boutique hotels. Evenings of tango demonstrations and a boat ride behind Iguazú Falls. I cannot recommend anyone more than the travel specialist to create a unique Argentinian itinerary tailored just for you.

We enjoyed the trip very much. We had planned to visit every place of interest to us in Patagonia on this trip, so it was quite a complex trip to arrange. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job overall. We had private guides and private cars for everything, so we could enjoy the experiences at our own pace and focus on the things that interested us.
We started in Buenos Aires, but our main focus was natural beauty. We spent a very interesting day and a half in the city, though. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the local history and the sites we visited. Next we went to Iguazú Falls, which was a spectacular experience. Our guide there was the only one who didn't seem as deep or as organized as all the others, but that was a minor issue. Although it is wickedly expensive, I would highly recommend that travelers stay in the one and only lodge inside the Iguazú Falls national park. We got a lot more out of our time there because we were right there at the park.
Next we went to the Lake District and spent memorable days on the water there; amazing scenery! We also saw condors during one of our day-long boat rides on the lake.
Next, we went to Calafate. Although we are not trekkers, the visits to the two main glaciers were unforgettable. The travel specialist had us in the VIP cabin for the day-long boat trip and we had a very knowledgeable guide for the visit to the Perito Moreno glacier.
We did the four-day cruise through Tierra del Fuego next, which I highly recommend, ending in Chile, where we spent two days at the Torres del Paine National Park, one by road in the park with a very knowledgeable private guide, and the second on a full-day lake tour with a marvelous lunch at a scenic ranch, with a close-up view to a glacier.

Our 10-day trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls, and the Salta Region was wonderful. Zicasso’s travel specialist was excellent to work with during planning, making themselves available for countless questions and giving excellent advice, creating the perfect itinerary. Once there, the trip was executed perfectly—a seamless, easy experience with no hiccups. Everyone we met, from the greeter at the airport to the drivers to the guides, was stellar.
We were met at our first hotel by someone from the tour operator who took us through the itinerary once more, answered any questions, gave us a welcome gift, and let us know that she would be following our trip and checking in with us through WhatsApp. She was amazing and, as promised, monitored the app closely and provided timely information, such as reminders of reservations and boarding passes, which were sent at just the right time. Any inquiries we had were responded to immediately. Having an in-country resource was helpful and comforting.
For any travelers planning a trip to Argentina, the Salta Region is often overlooked, but was the highlight of our trip. If you enjoy dramatic landscapes, being off the beaten path a bit in small towns with authentic culture and very few tourists, and outstanding wines with breathtaking vineyards, you will enjoy this region. Be sure to hire a driver, arranged by the tour operator, who navigated narrow, windy, gravel and dirt roads with expertise and calm, gave us a wonderful overview of the history and topography of the region, and showed us all the special places and some hidden gems. A wonderful and memorable trip.
