Luxury Australia & New Zealand Trip Review, Sydney Opera House & Botanical Gardens, Queenstown Sky Trolley & Bird Sanctuary, Yacht
We were pleased with the accommodations and the flexibility. The flights there were seamless, Quantas is exceptional. Sadly the flights back were not. Personally, if I can avoid it, I’ll not fly United or Air New Zealand again. We also had difficulty getting into New Zealand as they haven’t worked out the kinks in their new visa program. The hotels were spot on and so convenient. The breakfast included made everything so much easier and less stressful in terms of finding a place and payment. The food, especially at Hamilton Island was amazing.  We were able to walk anywhere we needed so fewer cab/Uber fees. We did seem to do a lot of 5 star cuisine ( the food was nice but none of them were impressive or 5 star). By the end of our Australia leg we were pretty much over being on the water. The first yacht we did in Hamilton Island was amazing. Great staff, nice small group, excellent beach. The second one we did (cannot recall they name) was just to big a group, everything seemed impersonal and snorkeling was a pain because you kept literally running into other people. Sydney was great, and being in The Rocks is the way to go. We could walk most anywhere we wanted to go and if it was farther we were close to the ferries. Found a great little pizzaeria that had the best margarita pizza ever. Plus it was directly behind our hotel. I wish we would have had time to go to the big zoo and not just the smaller wildlife one, but I’m glad we made the choice we did. The Wildlife center, attached to the aquarium, only has native animals so that was cool. My biggest surprise was with Australian souvenirs nothing was made in Australia. Artwork was aboriginal but it was all outsourced. New Zealand was great as everything including manufacturing was from New Zealand. That, to me, is a real souvenir, not something made in Asia that says Australia. I can make something that says Australia, the whole point is to have something from there and contribute locally.

Travel Review: Tour of Australia & New Zealand, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Christchurch, Rotorua, Milford Sound, Blue Mountains

We booked a trip to Australia and New Zealand for the first three weeks on January 2017 using this travel agency to coordinate our trip. I spoke with our agent who assured me and made recommendations based on my specific places to visit. She also made suggestions on places that she felt were "must see" venues!. We visited Sydney ( city tour plus Blue Mountain Tour).   Carin's, Port Douglas (GBR,  Daintree Rain Forest, Cape Tribulation) and Melbourne (walk about with koalas and kangaroo in there natural habitat while in AZ and  Qweenstown (Miford sound), Mount Cook (glacier boat ride), ChristChurch (Akaroa Harbour tours and boat trip to view dolphins ), Rotoura (Geothermal tour plus lakes tour as well as Spellbound Glowworm and Caves tours), and finally Auckland. The hotels varied from upscale hotels, boutique venues and one B&B. They try to secure hotel locations were the action is close to major sites in the city. Breakfast was included at each hotel and the food was good!. There was only one hotel that I did not care for the accommodations but the location was great. We received a total package from our agent prior to the vacations launch as well as receiving a voucher packet  with all hotel, shuttles to and from the airports, and tour pick ups at the hotels in each country. Every pick up and tour started and left just as planned. There was not one glitch the entire trip with all the flights, pickups or tours that were selected!. The boutique tours were great since we had 4-8 people only which made them much more intimate with experienced guides. I give them a 5-star rating for coordinating and verifying all the arrangements.

Australasia Vacation Review: New Zealand, Australia, Sydney, Port Douglas, Auckland, Wellington, Adelaide, Kangaroo Island

Fantastic planning of a 30 day holiday in Australia (Sydney, Ayers Rocks, Alice Springs, Port Douglis, Adelaide, Melbourne and Kangaroo Island) and North Island New Zealand (Auckland, Oratura, & Wellington).

Entire trip planned with daily tours and hotel bookings (mostly 2 bedroom apartment-style hotels with kitchen and washer/dryer included).  All transfers and 99% of tours happened as planned.

Travel Review: Australia & New Zealand Honeymoon, Sydney, Gold Coast, Hayman Island, Cairns, Melbourne, Queenstown, etc.

My husband and I LOVED our 3 week honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. It was truly the trip of a lifetime to visit Hayman Island, Cairns, Gold Coast, Sydney and Auckland. This Australia and New Zealand tour operator was fantastic to work with on planning our trip. They were indispensable while narrowing down our list of cities to visit. Everything on our trip went smoothly and I'm grateful I used them instead of booking everything myself.

Luxury Australia Tour Review: Cairns, Great Barrier Reef, Rain Forest, Port Douglas, Aboriginal Cultural Center, Helicopter...
Our trip was very well planned by Rhonda of this Australia tour company, who has been to Australia and New Zealand more than twenty-five times. She personally knew the best places to stay and the best sights to see. We were taking a two week cruise on Holland America from Sydney to Auckland with many ports in between. Having traveled so far, we wanted to plan a week before and a week after the cruise. Rhonda helped us plan those two weeks. She did an excellent job making the arrangements for us, i.e, hotels, transfers, tours, etc.
