Greece Trip Review: Athens, Chania & Heraklion Crete, Santorini, Off-Road Tour, Jewish Heritage Tour
This tour company and trip planner were extraordinary. Our trip planner helped us plan a customized trip to meet our full expectations at a moderate price. When it came to execution, except for a few minor glitches beyond the planner's control, everything went as smoothly as possible.Indeed, she went beyond the call of duty. When we arrived at the airport in Athens at 7 am Sunday morning to start our trip she was there to meet us and buy us breakfast. When we returned to Athens at the end of our trip for a few days stay, she was there to meet us at our apartment hotel at 11 pm to make sure we could access our apartment. Even beyond that, because my brother-in-law, who was traveling with my wife and me, had a sore throat, our trip planner and her husband found an all-night pharmacy, bought him lozenges and brought them to the apartment.Speaking of the apartment, it was one of the extraordinary properties the trip planner booked us at--a sleek, modern beautifully decorated two bedroom, two full bath duplex with full kitchen, three balconies, and even a clothes washing machine in a great up and coming centrally located neighborhood in Athens. Incidentally, one of our trip specifications was that, whenever possible, the three of us should stay together or at least in close proximity and the planner met that specification perfectly. In Chania, Crete, we had adjoining rooms in a six-room boutique hotel in the Old Town. In Heraklion, we had adjoining rooms with wonderful sea views in a hotel at the port. But the best was in Santorini where we had a gleaming white three-bedroom villa with a huge private deck and full-size infinity pool overlooking the sea and the Caldera. Each morning breakfast of our choice was served by a waiter at our villa.I know that all hardly sounds moderately priced, but somehow the planner pulled it off. If you're planning a trip to Greece, you can't do better than this tour company and trip planner. We will certainly use their services again--and probably sooner than later.

Greece Luxury Mother/Daughter Travel Review: Athens, Chania, Heraklion, Oia, Santorini, History, Cuisine, Beaches, Private Tours
Yvonni was our agent/curator at the travel agency and put together a wonderful travel package that met the expectations of my 18-year-old daughter and me.  We were able to enjoy the ancient history, culture, cuisine and beaches that Greece has to offer.  We visited Athens, Chania, Heraklion, and Oia.  Our hotels were luxurious and included excellent services and special touches.  All of our private drivers and private guides were excellent and on-schedule as planned.  Boarding passes and travel connections were provided in a timely manner.  One of our hotels commented that the travel company is always on top of things.  I could not agree more!  I strongly recommend this travel agency to those who wish to visit Greece.

Review: Greece Vacation, Santorini, Crete, Mykonos, Imros Gorge Hike, Sailing, Local Cuisine

We had a fabulous trip to Crete. Our travel agent did a great job planning all of the details. We loved our hotels, especially the one in Chania which had its own deck overlooking the sea with a private hot tub. One of the highlights of our trip was hiking the Imros gorge which concluded with a refreshing swim in the Libyan Sea and lunch in a seaside taverna. Our guide was wonderful. Our agent also recommended suggested itineraries for days without planned tours, arranged for our rental car and airport transfers. His reataurant recommendations were lovely.  He also checked in with us throughout the trip to see how things were going, and was successful in rescheduling one of our tours which had been cancelled due to weather. We could not have done this trip without his expertise and planning. We felt that his personal knowledge about Greece was invaluable in creating an itinerary that felt very authentic. We may return to Greece next year, and will definitely use him again.

Review: Greece, Mother-Daughter Trip, Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Chania, Acropolis, Caldera, Knossos

My daughter and I just got back from a fabulous trip to Greece thanks to our agent!  He took the time to find out where we wanted to go, what we wanted to see, how we wanted to travel and what we wanted to spend.  Then he put together a first class trip to Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete that included everything we asked for and more.   All of our drivers were promptly on time, all of our tour guides were personable and completely knowledgeable, all of our transfers (flights and ferries) went off without a hitch.  Our hotels were perfect and precisely located - Athens near the Acropolis, Mykonos at the beach, Santorini on the Caldera, Crete near Knossos and then at the charming port of Chania.  We cannot say enough about our agent, who came to meet us in person at our hotel in Athens, and the Zicasso travel agency.  Thank you again for the trip of a lifetime!
