We had a fabulous trip to Crete. Our travel agent did a great job planning all of the details. We loved our hotels, especially the one in Chania which had its own deck overlooking the sea with a private hot tub. One of the highlights of our trip was hiking the Imros gorge which concluded with a refreshing swim in the Libyan Sea and lunch in a seaside taverna. Our guide was wonderful. Our agent also recommended suggested itineraries for days without planned tours, arranged for our rental car and airport transfers. His reataurant recommendations were lovely. He also checked in with us throughout the trip to see how things were going, and was successful in rescheduling one of our tours which had been cancelled due to weather. We could not have done this trip without his expertise and planning. We felt that his personal knowledge about Greece was invaluable in creating an itinerary that felt very authentic. We may return to Greece next year, and will definitely use him again.

My daughter and I just got back from a fabulous trip to Greece thanks to our agent! He took the time to find out where we wanted to go, what we wanted to see, how we wanted to travel and what we wanted to spend. Then he put together a first class trip to Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete that included everything we asked for and more. All of our drivers were promptly on time, all of our tour guides were personable and completely knowledgeable, all of our transfers (flights and ferries) went off without a hitch. Our hotels were perfect and precisely located - Athens near the Acropolis, Mykonos at the beach, Santorini on the Caldera, Crete near Knossos and then at the charming port of Chania. We cannot say enough about our agent, who came to meet us in person at our hotel in Athens, and the Zicasso travel agency. Thank you again for the trip of a lifetime!
