We had an excellent trip to Chile. All the transfers and guides were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The trip was exactly as described, with no bad surprises! The accommodations were clean and well-located. The Zicasso company representatives stayed in touch with us before and during the trip, but we didn't need any assistance. We would book with them again.

We enjoyed our trip, though I would have planned it differently. It was a very active trip, as we had requested. Traveling through Chile is tricky because it is long and the flights all go through Santiago. The travel days seemed really long with all the driving to get to locations. I may have planned the itinerary for some downtime, whether at a hotel with a nice pool or by a beach. Overall though, the trip was nice. Chile was nice.

My Zicasso travel specialists planned a great itinerary. Every event took place on time and all the personnel involved were punctual. The communication by my team was impeccable. They were always there when I needed them. I could not have had a better trip. Argentina is beautiful, with the most helpful people. I would not have done any other country.

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend our tour operator to anyone going to areas they service. Muchas gracias.

Our tour operator planned an amazing, memorable vacation for us. The people we worked with were great from the very beginning, which instantly set us at ease. Zicasso’s travel agent took the three main things I wanted to do (Marble Caves/Chapels, Torres del Paine, and Perito Moreno Glacier) and turned it into a spectacular vacation plan, assisting us with every small detail, including dinner reservations and recommendations. She also patiently answered all of our many questions about the trip. They took all of our personal preferences into consideration during the planning and were responsive, thoughtful, and so easy to work with.
We had several transfers and flights to coordinate and never ran into a single issue! Everyone was prompt and polite. We could reach them at any time on WhatsApp and she also checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a comfort to know she was always standing by in case anything should happen. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with to plan this trip!
