Scotland, England Tour Review: Edinburgh, Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, St. Andrews, London, Windsor Castle, London City Tour, 16-Day Trip

This was one of our favorite trips to date! Scotland and England were beautiful, and we loved how nice all of the people were. The itinerary was the perfect balance between tours and relaxation, and every tour guide we were connected with was exceptional! We plan to return to Scotland and England, and would definitely use this Zicasso company again.

England, Scotland, Wales Vacation Review: 24-Day Trip

We loved our trip. It was fabulous and very well done. Our only feedback would be the following:

In going from the Cotswolds to Wales, the trip did not seem to be planned logically. Our guide, who was terrific, managed to reorganize the trip so it made more sense when traveling between these two points. Upon arriving in Wales, our guide for that day had to, again, adjust the schedule so it flowed better. And just to be clear, this was a planning issue and not a reflection on any of the guides. The guides were flexible, knowledgeable, informative, and a pleasure to be with. We thoroughly enjoyed them and our expectations were exceeded with every single guide we interacted with.

We tried on numerous occasions to update the contact phone number we were using while traveling, but the new phone number never seemed to make it to the guides and transfer drivers. It never was a problem and we always managed to connect with appropriate individuals, but on numerous occasions, the guides and drivers indicated they tried to reach us to no avail as they had not received the correct phone number.

This was our first experience with a private travel company and wee were continuously pleasantly surprised and impressed. Our travel coordinator was friendly and responsive, all guides were wonderful, accommodations were great, and the tour locations were exactly what we were interested in visiting.

We would definitely use this Zicasso travel agency again for planning a vacation.

Thank you.

United Kingdom Travel Review: London, Chilterns, Oxford, Rock and Roll Tour, Food Experience, Market, Art, History, 17-Day Trip

We recently booked our London trip through Zicasso’s travel company and, overall, it was a wonderful experience. The trip coordinator and our travel agent were professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the planning process. Our accommodations were perfect—comfortable, clean, and very convenient to public transportation. We loved the food tour with our guide, as well as exploring the beautiful Chilterns and Oxford with our guide. Both the theatrical dining experience and the theater show were fantastic additions to our itinerary.

Our only concerns were that the first two tours with our guide involved quite a bit of walking and didn’t allow time for leisurely shopping—had I known, I would have prepared differently (I wore boots!). The rock and roll tour focused mainly on Beatles history and the Camden Market sampling included just one vendor.

Even so, the tour operator delivered an enjoyable and memorable trip overall. Thank you!

Zicasso's trip planner was very knowledgeable about the UK. She gave us ample recommendations for our "free days." The hotel accommodations were well-appointed and conveniently located. The transfers were very prompt and comfortable. The majority of our tour guides were amazing. We had a great time in the UK!

Ireland, Scotland Travel Review: Edinburgh, Dublin, Connemara, Kylemore Abbey, Killarney, Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Kilkenny, Rock of Cashel, 2 Weeks

We had a wonderful trip. Everything went smoothly. We liked that we were always in contact through WhatsApp. That was very helpful and gave us a security blanket.

Our itinerary was planned through a Zicasso travel expert. The guides/drivers she chose were terrific. They were full of information and stories of each place we visited, and they answered all of our questions. One of a few outstanding ones was in Scotland. We had him on two occasions and enjoyed his knowledge and wit. The knowledge of our guide in Edinburgh was outstanding. The tour in Dublin was with a super guide. He is sending us a recap of our tour. In Ireland, for our tour of Connemara and Kylemore Abbey, our guide was wonderful with his knowledge of the area and his charm and wit. We had a great time with him. In Killarney, we had a guide for the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. He gave us a map with both days highlighted so we would remember where we were. He took us to the most beautiful places and had so much information and charm. We had two days with him and they were wonderful. Our Kilkenny guide went out of his way to get us as close to the Rock of Cashel. He also had so much information as we traveled. All these tour guides/drivers were so good. Our travel specialist did such a fantastic job of choosing this guides!!
