We absolutely loved our trip to Quito, Mindo, and the Galápagos Islands with Zicasso's travel agency! The travel agent and her team put together the perfect itinerary for us, with lots of fun surprises along the way. This was one of the best trips of our lives, all thanks to this travel agency. They covered every detail and remained in communication throughout, so we felt comfortable navigating a new country. I can't recommend them enough!

We just returned from a trip to Peru and the Galapagos Islands. We visited Lima, the Amazon, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Cusco, with an overnight stay in Quito.
The Zicasso-recommended travel agency created the perfect itinerary for us. All of the transitioning from place to place was seamless, the hotels were beautiful, the recommendations for restaurants were great, and the guides we had were amazing. They were so enthusiastic and willing to share their knowledge about past and current history. We were so impressed with our travel agency that we are already considering our next journey with them.

We recently returned from an incredible journey through Peru, The Galapagos Islands and a visit to Quito, Ecuador! From our first communications with our tour operator we knew that they would be a perfect fit for planning our time in South America! We were very impressed with their response time and attention to detail while arranging our itinerary. Our trip was thoughtfully planned out and very well organized. Exceptional quality of service and attention to detail considering all the moving parts from flights, transportation, hotels, sightseeing and guides throughout our trip. To include, booking our 3 night/4 day Inca Trail hike with a local outfitter and our 4 night/5 day Galapagos cruise. We were very pleased with our beautiful accommodations throughout our travels. All of our guides were top notch, professional knowledgeable and very friendly! Throughout our travels the tour operator checked in with us to make sure everything was going as planned. They put together the perfect itinerary based on our expectations and our first visit to Peru and Ecuador. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this travel company for anyone who wants to have a great experience as they explore these beautiful countries. We had a very nice trip to Quito, Ecuador, and the Galapagos Islands. The people in Quito were very friendly and we felt very safe. We were initially concerned based on what we saw in the media, but Zicasso's travel agency checked with the hotel and guides, and said all was fine. We are glad we listened and went on the trip.
Our guide was excellent and we spent four days touring around Quito, Cotopaxi, the cloud forest, and Otavalo Market. Then we flew to Galapagos and went on a four-night cruise. It was an amazing experience seeing sea turtles, sea lions, penguins, sharks, and giant tortoises. The landscapes were beautiful and we got some great pictures on our nature walks. The crew and guide in the Galapagos were top-notch. The meals on the boat were fabulous as well. Make sure you are physically able to do long walks, sometimes on rough terrain, and go snorkeling, as they kept us busy multiple times per day. We highly recommend visiting Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.
