Incredibly responsive, helpful and professional service. From the start to finish, the travel agency was a pleasure to work with. Gave us excellent recommendations, booked us in great hotels and provided amazing guides and itineraries that matched our interests. Helped with every detail, including getting us subway cards, bullet train train passes, and ways to navigate a country we hadn't visited before. Would recommend 100%

In the beginning, there were some issues. I was initially assigned to someone who was a bit too busy to work with me closely. Zicasso’s travel agency recognized that and assigned me to someone else. It was very smooth sailing after that. Everything was planned spectacularly, with very few issues, and we had a great time, including a personal and spectacular anniversary celebration.
The one issue I had was we thought we had arranged to use a private onsen since my wife, due to her tattoo, wasn't able to use the public ones where we were staying. The private onsen wasn't quite what we were expecting.
