Maldives Travel Guide

Our honeymoon was truly everything we dreamed of and more, thanks to the exceptional planning and support from Zicasso’s travel consultant. From start to finish, our experience was seamless, thoughtfully curated, and absolutely unforgettable.

Our travel consultant went above and beyond in every way. He took the time to truly listen to what my husband Jake and I were looking for, and he crafted an itinerary that exceeded every expectation. Every excursion he selected was perfect for us and each hotel was stunning, comfortable, and exactly what we had hoped for. His attention to detail was evident throughout the entire trip.

Communication with the travel company was excellent—they were responsive, organized, and made the entire planning process stress-free. We felt taken care of every step of the way.

We cannot thank our travel consultant enough for all he did to make our honeymoon so perfect. We will cherish this trip forever and genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended!

Overall, we had a very nice trip. Everything promised was delivered, and when there was an issue with one of the tour pick-ups being late, they handled everything and responded quickly. 

I have been on close to 20 trips through Zicasso agencies over the years and have some constructive thoughts to help this travel agency go from four stars to five stars. If I had not gone on trips through Zicasso before, I would have given five stars. I don't want this to hurt the agency in any way, as whenever I reached out, our trip planner was quick to respond. A recommendation would be a more proactive approach to make the customer feel special and cared about. A phone call or Zoom prior to the trip to go over the itinerary and answer any last-minute questions would have been great. The itinerary was a little vague on a few things that left some uncertainty (but it was actually in our favor).  

Examples were that it didn't specify that a lunch cost was included or that we had eight hours use of a car service on the last day. They turned out to be bonuses, which was good, but I would have preferred if things were spelled out more clearly in the itinerary. Most of the other agencies had a WhatsApp connection with us to welcome us when we got there and check in during the trip to see how things were going. That didn't happen with this agency. Again, I am not complaining about this, but it was noticeable, as I have become accustomed to more proactive communication with other agencies. I hope this will be a help to them in the future and they accept my comments as being helpful and coming from a positive place, as they are intended.
