Argentina, Peru & Brazil Luxury Tour Review: Lima, Cuzco, Amazon, Machu Picchu, Rio De Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, 2-Week Trip

We used this travel agency for a 16-day trip to Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu, the Amazon ecolodge, Rio De Janeiro, and Iguazu Falls. The advisor, Ezequiel, was in frequent and timely contact with us in planning all the particulars of the trip. It involved 11 flights, two train rides, and two boat trips, as well as five-star hotels, a private driver, and guides in all destinations (except the Amazon ecolodge, obviously).

All hotels, transfers, and guides were perfect. The hotels were beautiful, provided great service, the transfers were all punctual and flawless, with all the guides professional and wonderful. Traveling to South America was daunting for us, but the travel agency made the trip incredibly stress-free.

Due to the fault of American Airlines, our connection from Miami to Lima was missed. Our destination host (all clients of the travel agency get a destination host upon arrival, who stays in contact with you during your trip as needed) immediately booked us another flight from Lima to Cusco so our carefully planned itinerary remained intact. This despite it being midnight (his time) during our communication. He was most pleasant and helpful. They even helped arrange some refunds for unused services due to our missed connection from Miami that first day.

If planning luxury travel to South America (including Peru and Brazil), you cannot find a better company than this one. The staff were simply awesome and we could not have done this trip without them. Looking forward to traveling with them again to visit Argentina and Chile!

Travel Review: Luxury South America Tour, Brazil, Argentina, Bariloche, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Aconcagua, Rio, Iguazu Falls

We visited 6 different places. In Argentina, Buenos Aires, Bariloche in Patagonia, then Mendoza including a day trip to Aconcagua.  Then Iguazu falls, both the Argentinian and Brazilian side of the Falls.  In Brazil, Rio and a jungle lodge on the Rio Negro (Amazon) 3 hours outside of Manaus.   Our travel specialist at this South America travel agency spent a lot of time with me organizing the trip, picking hotels, deciding on activities.  We had a good mix of planned activities and free time.  The private guides and tours that our agency arranged for us were great.  Our agent was always available if we had any issues or questions - very responsive and helpful.  I would absolutely recommend this company for a South American trip.

Argentina, Chile & Brazil Travel Review: Iguazu Falls, Salta, Ushuaia, Patagonia, Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine, Atacama Desert

Our trip was outstanding. We tried doing this trip in 2022, with a cruise. We both got Covid and had to quarantine in Montevideo, Uruguay. Undaunted, we came back this year for a land trip only.

Our agent, Kieran, did an outstanding job. He helped us navigate through our experience and our 19-day itinerary was wonderful. We started out at Iguazu Falls, and went to Salta, Argentina, then Ushuaia and portions of Patagonia, including Tierra del Fuego. From there, we went to Chile and Puerto Natales. Torres del Paine was amazing, along with the fjords. San Pedro de Atacama was otherworldly. I can't say enough good things about this trip! You won't be disappointed.

Kieran checked in with us during the trip to ensure things were going well. What an unforgettable experience. We met wonderful people along the way, the food was excellent, and we had great wine! We had great accommodations for the whole trip. Really a great experience.

Argentina & Chile Trip Review: Iguazu Falls, El Calafate, El Chalten, Ushuaia, Santiago, Torres del Paine, Laguna de los Tres Hike
We have recently finished a 19 day trip to Patagonia (Chile & Argentina) and Iguazu falls. Ezequiel helped us customize our trip. Pia, our destination host was extremely wonderful, responsive and available at anytime. Most of the local tour operators were good except transportation from Ushuaia airport to the hotel in a dirty old taxi. We have a mixed reviews of the hotels especially the hotel in Torres del Paine, all inclusive program which was not worth it. Food, excursions, attitudes of the staffs and some guides, customer service were below our expectation.  We like the Santiago hotel, the hotel in El Calafate and the hotel in El Chalten. We enjoyed the Trek to see Perito Moreno Glacier (amazing!), the Trekking & Canoeing, Off-roading in Ushuaia, the great adventure with the boat ride under the waterfalls. All of the tour guides were outstanding!Thank you to our travel team for the amazing trip!

Luxury Travel Review: Argentina & Brazil, Iguazu Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, Buenos Aires, Perito Moreno Glacier, Fine Dining

We had a very good experience with the tour company. The tour designer was very easy to work with and a good communicator. The process to narrow down the trip itinerary was very efficient. Booking the trip was easy.

As for the trip, we were very happy with our choices of destinations. We enjoyed all the natural attractions- Iguazu Falls, Mendoza, Calafate and Buenos Aires. The falls and the glaciers were amazing to see.

The guides were very good. We particularly liked a guide who showed us the Brazilian side of the falls and a guide who did a great job for us in Mendoza.

The guides were very good. We were disappointed in the amenities at some of the hotels, for example, a hotel website indicated there would be coffee making ability in the rooms, but there was not. When I asked for a coffeemaker in the room, they said no even after I referenced their website.

Overall, the beauty of the destinations made this one of our best vacations.
