Travel Review: Luxury South America Tour, Brazil, Argentina, Bariloche, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Aconcagua, Rio, Iguazu Falls

We visited 6 different places. In Argentina, Buenos Aires, Bariloche in Patagonia, then Mendoza including a day trip to Aconcagua.  Then Iguazu falls, both the Argentinian and Brazilian side of the Falls.  In Brazil, Rio and a jungle lodge on the Rio Negro (Amazon) 3 hours outside of Manaus.   Our travel specialist at this South America travel agency spent a lot of time with me organizing the trip, picking hotels, deciding on activities.  We had a good mix of planned activities and free time.  The private guides and tours that our agency arranged for us were great.  Our agent was always available if we had any issues or questions - very responsive and helpful.  I would absolutely recommend this company for a South American trip.

Brazil Luxury Vacation Review: Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, Amazon Experience
We had a great time and loves our trip to Brazil. We went to Rio for a couple of days and saw the sites, and was there for New Year's eve.  Then, we flew to Iguazu Falls and viewed the falls from the Brazil side and then the next day from the Argentinian side.  Then, we flew to Manaus and drove to the Amazon where we spent a couple of days.  While we had a great trip to Brazil, I would say that the only downside was that our travel agent didn't plan enough for the time that we had alotted with the tour guide for the days that we were with him.  Our tour guide was amazing, but our travel agent only planned 2 things for an 8 hour period on our first day.  Then, on the second day, we had a 6 hour tour and only one thing was planned.  We ended up revising our schedule on the fly, and it all worked out thanks to our tour guide. However, we were disappointed in the lack of time management for our two days in Rio. We didn't know in advance that these things weren't going to take as much time as the travel agent allowed as we just went with her recommendation.

Peru, Brazil & Argentina Trip Review: Machu Picchu, Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, Rio de Janeiro, Gaucho Experience, Amazon, Beaches
I was in contact with Jason at this travel company over 6 months ago regarding a trip to South America. He asked me questions, what countries, any specific things I wanted to experience, so I told him. Peru-Machu Picchu seeing the Amazon Forests. Argentina-Buenos Aires, go see the gaucho's and experience a barbecue and see Iguazu Falls. It's an unbelievable site to see, especially for an extra fee we went on a helicopter ride over them, what a view. The next day we saw the falls again but on the Brazilian side, a completely different view and we could go on the walking paths close enough you think you can touch it. The closer you get the water you can be soaked, nice on a hot day.We stayed at a boutique hotel. What was unplanned, was being able to see Argentina's football team play in the World Cup. Naturally I had to get a Messi jersey, with large screens in several parks and of course the bars; there were thousands watching. When they won, everyone was so excited; I got fist bumps and high 5's, I felt a part of it.Finally, it was off to Brazil and Rio, a beautiful city with the long beaches and outdoor vendors, everyone having fun. #1 on my bucket list seeing the statue of Jesus. We stayed at a hotel in Copacabana, a big wow factor, I'd rate it a 10!Bottom line Jason scored the winning goal; everything on my list and more. So happy I found them, memories for a lifetime.

Argentina, Peru & Brazil Luxury Tour Review: Lima, Cuzco, Amazon, Machu Picchu, Rio De Janeiro, Iguazu Falls, 2-Week Trip

We used this travel agency for a 16-day trip to Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu, the Amazon ecolodge, Rio De Janeiro, and Iguazu Falls. The advisor, Ezequiel, was in frequent and timely contact with us in planning all the particulars of the trip. It involved 11 flights, two train rides, and two boat trips, as well as five-star hotels, a private driver, and guides in all destinations (except the Amazon ecolodge, obviously).

All hotels, transfers, and guides were perfect. The hotels were beautiful, provided great service, the transfers were all punctual and flawless, with all the guides professional and wonderful. Traveling to South America was daunting for us, but the travel agency made the trip incredibly stress-free.

Due to the fault of American Airlines, our connection from Miami to Lima was missed. Our destination host (all clients of the travel agency get a destination host upon arrival, who stays in contact with you during your trip as needed) immediately booked us another flight from Lima to Cusco so our carefully planned itinerary remained intact. This despite it being midnight (his time) during our communication. He was most pleasant and helpful. They even helped arrange some refunds for unused services due to our missed connection from Miami that first day.

If planning luxury travel to South America (including Peru and Brazil), you cannot find a better company than this one. The staff were simply awesome and we could not have done this trip without them. Looking forward to traveling with them again to visit Argentina and Chile!

Our trip left us in love with Brazil and look forward to returning. We applaud our travel agency for their exceptional trip recommendations-Iguazu Falls, the lodge in Anavilhanas Jungle, Ilha Grande and Rio. Our English speaking guides were knowledgeable and enjoyable. We would recommend using this travel agency when planning your trip. A special thank you to Itamar, our new friend, that made our trip 5 stars from planning to making it happen.
