Zicasso's travel company created a wonderful trip for me. They listened to my ideas and were able to curate a trip just for me.

I cannot recommend the Zicasso travel partner enough! Our tour operator made the whole process easy and a once-in-a-lifetime experience affordable. Delhi, the airports, and Varanasi would have been challenging to navigate without the expert guides who made person-to-person handoffs from the minute we stepped off the plane. Our kids (older teens) were very jet lagged and not feeling well the first few days (the pollution is significant), so we needed some itinerary adjustments. These were quick and seamless, and our travel agent was even able to swap days/activities on the fly.

Everyone was so accommodating; we really appreciated it. We always felt safe and enjoyed truly authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences, such as spiritual Varanasi’s Ganges River ceremonies and the ISKCON temple in Vrindavan.

After interviewing a few travel companies for my trip to India, I decided to go with Zicasso’s tour company. The agent who represented the company did an outstanding job of planning and executing my itinerary.

All guides and the driver were handpicked by my agent and everybody was on time and provided excellent service. From the pick-up at the airport in New Delhi to traveling all over the country for two weeks, I could not have been happier.

We had a few hiccups with our rooms in the hotels that were not the travel company’s fault. However, they were resolved quickly with the company’s support.

I highly recommend them for your trips to India.

Zicasso's travel company was great to work with. During the planning process, we had great communication via email and phone to discuss our trip and achieve our budget. All tour guides and experiences were great, especially the food, night, and bike tours in Jaipur.

The hotels they selected were amazing, especially the one in Ranthambore. When there was a mishap with one of the tour companies (out of their control), they more than made up for it by offering two private tours (vs shared). One of the best parts of our trip was our driver, who took us around India for 10 days. They also arranged people at each hotel and airport to help make the check-in process seamless.

Two notes of improvement. The hotel in Jaipur, while gorgeous, felt a little dated, and you are awoken each morning at 5.30am by prayers. Also, there were swarms of little bugs by the pool, making it unenjoyable. To be clear, this wasn’t their initial selection. However, based on the photos, we chose this hotel over other ones. The other thing I wished they were clearer on was the start/end times of the tours, as that would make any activities you want to plan on your own (massages, dinner reservations) easier to arrange from the beginning.

Overall, it was an amazing trip and I highly recommend them!

She worked with us to accommodate changes and new ideas throughout the planning process, and we could not have been happier with all of the activities, the guides, the drivers, and the fabulous accommodations.

Our travel agent's local team was also amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with a variety of issues that arose during the trip and checked in with us every day to make sure all was going smoothly. I can't wait to plan another trip with our travel agency!
