Everything was arranged thoughtfully, with time for "adventures" and downtime at terrific resorts to relax. All pick-ups, travel by limo, and drop-offs went as arranged. The drivers, guides, and hotel staff were all very pleasant and kind. Zicasso's tour operator did a great job planning our eight-day, family-of-10 trip to Costa Rica! This was our second trip set up using Zicasso. Once again, we were not disappointed. Our agent did a wonderful job and was accommodating to all our needs. We needed to have this set up for our disabled brother and she did a wonderful job getting us individually guided tours. We also had guides who were trained to deal with people with disabilities. It was great and my brother had an amazing time. We can't thank her enough.
