Zicasso's travel company and, in particular, our travel expert, did a great job for us. With input from me, he planned a great itinerary, selected very nice hotels, and, lastly, selected a wonderful driver/tour guide for our party of six. Our guide was a native Icelander who did a great job of keeping us safe, entertained, and on schedule. We’d definitely work with our travel company again.

Zicasso's travel specialist was great! She was very responsive and flexible, and she created a wonderful trip for our family. The hotels were great and the pace of the trip was perfect for us. All the transfers and details were seamless and we didn't have to contact her at all because she prepared everything so well.

Zicasso's tour agency did an outstanding job of listening upfront to what we had in mind, asking key questions, and providing excellent input. He nailed the trip from the beginning, with only a couple of added activities requested.

The proof, of course, was the execution and the satisfaction of the group members. In our group were grandparents and two middle-aged families with four teens, ages 10 to 18. Everyone loved it! This travel agency provided an excellent and knowledgeable guide who diligently made sure everything was done to expectations.

The trip coordinator followed up during the week several times to make sure all was well.

The bottom line is that we had a great trip covering a lot of Icelandic highlights over our 10 days. The accommodations were perfect and as requested, and the food and restaurant recommendations were wonderful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this company.

We had an outstanding trip. Every facet of it was well planned and conducted. We can't say enough about our guide. He was just exceptional; he was in good spirits every day of the trip, patiently answered our many questions, and expertly adapted to our needs and requests.

The Zicasso travel agency's owner was just terrific to work with, as he put together an itinerary filled with wonderful places to see and activities to do. From glacier hikes to being in and out of waterfalls, each day was better than the previous one.
